He not only tried to help me with the problem but he researched how to help me and called me back when he found the information. After figuring out what needed to be done, it was needing a managers approval. James was able to get the situation to the manager and he personally called me to explain how we could fix the situation. The manager called another club and made the situation work out. Unbelievable effort Customer service has been declining in pretty much every area of the service industry over the last 5 yrs or more. The effort given by James and the manager was nice to receive. Thank you very much to James and the Manager (I think his name is Josh.)

Pros: - cheap - tee boxes and fairways well kept - friendly staff Cons: - large parking lot however it was full and took a while to find parking (lots of vehicles circling looking for parking) - course is tight with all the holes close together and homes surrounding the course - difficult to find your ball on some of the holes because of all the range balls on it I feel this course overall is good for the price. He's been there three times this week. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was irritated by this. The worst was when someone asked him which hole he was shooting for, he got extremely confrontational. I also got disrupted on the first tee box from another homeless lady on drugs. Get it together guys.

All the golf carts have monitors in them to know where you are and par for that hole. They also have a nice little bar by the driving range as well and pickleball courts nearby.

New balls, ball trackers, replaced some of the older mats, etc. They're currently building a facility to serve food and drinks. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.
