After nearly a year in that program, I was shocked she hadn't been taught such a basic skill. We bought a small home bar and I taught it to her in about five minutes (after that, she could do it perfectly!!). We switched to another nearby gym and the difference has been incredible. In just 3-4 months, she moved through Devo and is now starting Level 2 team. She's learning more skills than I ever thought possible and, most importantly, she's happy and excited to go to practice. At Impact, she dreaded going and often said the coaches didn't pay attention to her. I personally witnessed uneven attention from her coach, who repeatedly ignored my daughter while focusing on certain kids and "babying" younger ones as I watched them carry them around. My daughter would bring it up on her own after her class which made it even more frustrating. The gym is extremely crowded in my opinion, which to me feels like profit over quality. My son was also in the ninja program and told me he wasn't happy. That hasn't been an issue since switching gyms. Overall, our experience at Impact was disappointing, and we're very glad we made the change!!!

They are patient and willing to meet the gymnasts where they are, and help them grow in such a healthy way. My daughter has improved so much since we switched gyms and is soo happy. The staff was so great with the kids and they set up everything so nicely. Kids had one hour of guided play then a half hour to eat and celebrate. My daughter and her teammates would take a bullet for Coach Patricia and as a parent....I don't blame them. Coach Patricia is by far the best coach my daughter has ever had. She takes care of all her players and goes above and beyond to get them recruited at the college level. I only wish that we would have found her earlier. She coaches them hard and then follows it up with caring and kindness and as a father I cannot ask for anymore than that. I trust Coach Patricia and Peak wholeheartedly. The positive impact that Coach has had on my daughter is profound and immeasurable and word cannot describe how much I appreciate all she has done for my daughter and her players. Just look at the other reviews they obviously agree with me. The thought of my daughter not playing for her next year saddens my whole family and we will miss Peak and Coach Patricia very much and appreciate all they have done for us. This was the first time I've ever set foot in Beuf Rec Center. I went there to have my taxes done…read moreby AARP Tax Aide. I found the center to be very clean and helpful associates who directed me to the right room. The tax volunteers were fabulous, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I picked up an April calendar listing all the great things offered at this Center. I will be joining and partake in activities/events. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
