VERY disappointed with this place!! I should have trad their most recent reviews.. I went here becaue I moved from salem and didn't want to drive to my regarding place.. WOW is all o have at this point. The first time I went the woman didn't know a word I said to her, then had attitude after trying to talk to her. My nails looked HORRIBLE when I left. The nail polish was all over my cuticles and my cuticles looked like I was a man that worked on cars for a living... they charged me $40 and I STILL gave her a $10 tip. Two days later the nails chipped and just looked horrible so I went back to havr them fix this. The owner looks at me and says "you need a new set" (they WERE a new set 3 weeks prior) they charged me $15 to fix the nail color that was all over my cuticles like a 4 year old did them and I STILL gave a $5 tip.. the next llmornjng I look closely at them and they weren't even dry when they sent me out.. so now I'm going back for yhe THIRD time in three days. Again, attitude becsue I'm complaining.. they fix it and two days later they are all chipped and they aren't even nice there are all bumps and look like a child did them.. $70 dollars and my 6 year old grand daughter could have done a better job! I'm not going back its just a waste of my time and energy and why would I keep giving these RUDE and clearly uneducated people my money.. clearly they are just ripping people off.. if your not a "regular" of theirs, they "act" like they do t understand what your saying.. my question is, how do these people get licensed if they can not speak english??!!!! And how in the world are they able to understand what it is that you want if they dont speak the language? Whole I wad there there was a woman being VERY picky and all the techs were picking on her becaue she knew what she wanted.. maybe they should look at the big picture here.. this place shows pis on ther site of beautiful nails however what they don't let you know is that there used to be a young mam there that did an amazing job and those pictures are of HIS work and he is no longer there. Tried Billy's yesterday for the first and last time. I had a 12:00 appointment for a pedi. They greeted me and kept telling me to sit somewhere, but I couldn't understand. So, I went and sat outside where they had chairs out in the hot sun. A few minutes went by and they cane and told me to come inside to sit. A couple of other people came in. One of the technicians asked for our appointment times. I told her noon and the other 2 people said 12:15. They sat me in a pedi chair and the girl put the water on and walked away. The water was too hot, so I took my feet out. Thankfully the girl working at the next chair adjusted the water for me. The 12:15 people were sat at the manicure table and were being serviced. At 12:35 I could not wait any longer, so I got up and put my shoes in. At that point, the tech said" I will be right with you". No one had acknowledged me for 30 minutes. Now, I like to soak my feet, but 30 minutes is a bit much. Might have been okay if someone had spoke to me. In addition, I noticed that they are adding a $ 5.00 charge to each service due to covid. With all the assistance available to small businesses, I am not sure I agree the cost should be passed on to the consumer. I wish I could have had a pedi for my vacation! read more

Posted the conversation between the very curt nail tech who did my nails. The back story is simple: I've never had ombré nails before, nor am I privy to how it works. I got a great full set of yellow ombré nails- no complaints there. Until I went to have a fill and was told I would need to have another full set put on if I wanted the yellow to go away (because apparently the yellow is the actual acrylic, therefore it is yellow and will be yellow until you get a new set) . I decided to message the nail tech myself just to put it out there to help clients in the future. He says it can be fixed with a fill, but to remove yellow, it is not physically possible without getting an entire new set! NOW they offer a large variety of dip and gel colors and have new and highly experienced local eye lash technicians to offer everything you need in a small Local business from head to toes!!! My pedicure was the basic ($30) plus a $5 scrub, and my friend got an acrylic fill - just the fill - and when we went to go pay, the woman said "$80". I looked at my friend with an inquisitive "how much did your nails cost??" look, and she just brushed it off. She didn't want to make a big deal out of it. A fill is listed as $25. They overcharged us by $20 so just make sure you check the prices before you pay. read more

If I could give it less I would. Worst I've ever had. Had an appointment for my friend and I we got there and was confronted the woman said " I don't know why you were booked we are so busy ". The woman get saying it over and over again as if it was OUR FAULT. I got a girl and tried the dip gel for the first time. Color was wrong not her fault, it was marked wrong. But when the color was changed she put about 15 layers of the powder. My friend and I were there for about 2 hours to get a fill and a dip gel mani. My cuticles weren't done. My nails are so thick it's going to take hours to remove what she did. I wanted to say something to the girl but i already wasted 2 hours and can do a better job myself. I left with product on the side of my nails. I'm so disappointed i was recommended to come here. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I finally came here after my mom kept telling me how good they are, and I honestly was so happy with how my nails came out. They did such a good job, there was hardly a wait and they were so sweet and gentle with my nails. Do not come here !!! I did the dipping powder every two weeks for months and they never actually take the dip off. They go over it and then charge you 45$ for a full set. All they did was go over it and then my nails started to break and I almost got a fungal infection. Never in my life have I had anything Remotely close to that . Luckily I tried a new salon where they told me everyThing I needed to know. If you want your nails done go somewhere else! . HORRIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME!! I had never gotten a mani/pedi in my life, so my bf got me a gift certificate to here cause I wanted to get one and this place was local. Billy himself did my nails and he was very short with me because i didn't know when he wanted me to have stiff fingers or limp fingers.. He would YELL at me "stiff finger!!" or "be loose!" very loud and I was embarrassed. He actually slapped my hand at one point- not enough to hurt, but I was shocked and seriously humiliated! how am I supposed to know what to do on my first mani??? Another thing I noticed was that they had a plastic tote full of foot scrubber tools that they seemed to re-use on every customer. Not only does plastic harbor germs, but imagine if the person in front of you had foot warts or something? You could catch them instantly!! GROSS!! I went hope so upset and was wearing those crappy foam flip flops they gave me in an UGLY caca brown color. It was raining and my garage floor was slippery and i fell down and ruined the polish and could have seriously gotten hurt. worst experience of my life.. it took me over a year to try and get another mani/pedi.. which was a much better experience. Personally, i have had a bad experience here 2 times. I got my toes done, the treatment was absolutely amazing, she used a smooth, hot rock to massage my feet and legs with lotion but when i left and looked at the job, there was paint all over my skin next to my toe nails. The second time i went there was for an acrylic fill. Not only did she shape my nails poorly and crooked, she shaved off some of my skin near my nail with the electric file. She also left my natural nail show through on the edges. I do not recommend anybody to go there and they will most definitely not have my service again. read more

I went here to get a pedi and a mani done for a wedding. I was warned about this place but people In the bridal party Insisted this place was awesome. Boy, I wish I would have kicked up more of a fuss not to go! It took the employees a few minutes to attend to me as I was siting in the pedi chair. And then the person who was working on my toenails kept switching on me. I find that aggravating because everybody does it differently and it's hard to pick up where someone leaves off. As they were doing my toe nails, they kept asking if I wanted shellack on my fingers nails and I kept repeating no to them. When another girl started working on my finger nails, she asked me the same shellack question and I said no again. Where is the communication in this place?? As I was getting ready to pay, one of the ladies said you need to pay. (I thought taking my wallet out would be a hint) and I wanted to do it carefully so to not ruin my nails since this is the only place I have been to that insist on paying after the job is complete. I took out the money for the job and I was taking out a $10 bill for a tip but before I could ask to break the bill, the lady took it out of my hands and said "I'll give this to the girls." I guess I didn't say it loud enough but I said "can you break the 10?". She just continued to walk away. At that point I wanted to leave. I paid $40 for pedi and a mani....And thats without a tip. There were no designs involved. There were no fakes nails. No shellacking. Just simply painting nails one solid color....What a waste of money! And the job it self? I went home right after and had to clean my finger nails because a lady left nail polish on my skin. Some of the finger nail edges were not covered completely. There were some bubbles on the nails. I went here for the first and last time on Mother's Day which was a gift to me from my son who bought me a full manicure with gel and a pedicure with the hot stones and foot & calf massage. This place is a hack. I am a licensed cosmetologist of 35 years and I used to do nails for a living in a salon so I am very experienced and familiar with how nails are supposed to be correctly done. I knew immediately that this place was a hack when the tech pulled out a Dremel to clean my cuticles on my virgin nails. For anyone that doesn't know, a Dremel affects the integrity and health of your nail bed which can cause infection. I could go on and on about all the inappropriate hack ways this place runs their business. Don't waste your money at this place - - - the foot & calf massage with the stones was the biggest waste of money. The guy literally rubbed my legs about 2-3 times with the stones and that was it; he didn't even scrub or massage my feet after the foot soak. When I left, I went home and did my own manicure and pedicure the correct way. Waste of money and waste of time. The technicians were not friendly and the place was very dirty. read more

I will never return here. Went a week ago to have my nails done. One broke off. Went back to have it fixed they decided to fix all of them... they came out terrible worse than the first pair!!! I mean for short round nails and you have a picture to go off of I don't understand how hard a design can be!! A line cannot be hard with all the intricate designs they do on a daily basis!! So I tried this place about six weeks ago and I got a full set of acrylic's and asked for the stiletto shape which I usually get at my normal nail salon, and was extremely disappointed. It was like they didn't know how to do it. I told myself I would never go back there. But, seeing as how this nail salon is only a few miles from my house I decided to give it a second shot. WORST IDEA EVER. First of all, the atmosphere is dingy and unclean. Second, after she is putting the tips on for my full set (crookedly), she asks, "square, right?" To which I reply, "no, I get them stiletto." The entire time she insists that she can't make them narrow and look how the picture I showed her looks (of my last set of nice nails) because "my nails are wide and it won't look good". So she proceeds to do what she wants and make them into this hideous oval rounded oblong shape. My middle finger and my thumb are totally crooked. My nails are not smooth and have bumps in them. She rushed through the entire thing and was rough with all of it. My nails are not the same length. She told me to "be careful" because they are long... Who says that? I've never had nail techs tell me I have to "be careful" because they put in enough acrylic to make them strong. So, I assume these won't last long. Basically, my nails suck. I paid $45 and still tipped, just not my normal 20+%. Tomorrow I will be going to a different nail salon to have them fixed. I will never go back, and if you want QUALITY, good looking nails, you won't either. read more

This was one of the worst experiences ever. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I had surgery in my foot several years back and one toe has a discolored nail. Every year for the summer I get a pink and white French to cover it for the summer, They tell me no literally no they wouldn't do the pink. I continued and they were extremely rough with my hands, and caused my nails to hurt. After when getting nails done they modified my design even after telling them what I wanted. I was told no and in condescending tone, that's too much and maybe next time you can get all of them done. I have NEVER been treated so horrific and disgusting EVER! They did an okay job for my full set but my pedicure.. they rushed and wasn't even relaxing. They told me at first they didn't have time to do a pedicure but then said they can do it.. then when it was my mothers turn they cut her. So incredibly terrible I will never go back. They told me to take a seat and they would be with me shortly, I was sat for an hour at the nail table before someone came to help me. The nail tech asked me if I would rather do gel over my acrylics because it lasts longer, to which I replied no thank you i'll take regular polish. She continues to pressure me to use gel and asks 4 more times, to which I still answered no thank you. She was very clearly dissatisfied with my answer. I asked for slightly coffin-square nails and received chunky nails that look terrible. She cut my cuticles on 3 different fingers and made me bleed, and she did not clean the wound nor clean her utensils from the previous client. I was appalled. She then smudged my nail accidentally, which was totally fine because accidents happen, but then blamed me for the smudge and put 3 more coats over it... which would never dry. My experience here was unlike any other salon i've been to and I will not be returning. I'm not sure where they get pictures for their website gallery but it certainly cannot be their own work. I used to go to the salon that the owner work at before she bought Billys and then followed her here when she moved. I find it to be a classier experience than a lot of other local nail salons, it's very clean and they have never rushed me like some of them do! read more

Worse manicure I have ever had. He cut my nails and did not file them down smoothly. When he painted my nails the ends were not covered completely and my thumb nail had bumps on it. I literally had to go home and remove the polish. So, basically I paid $30 for nothing. I got the gel manicure which should not be peeling off and it was. Very unhappy. Um, "caca brown" flip flops is a reason not to like a nail salon?! The first reviewer has no idea what she is rating/comparing to--Never had a mani before!! I, on the other hand, have had many and I am extremely happy with the service, the shop, everything. The people are very nice and know what they're doing. The shop is neat and clean, the equipment is new and NOT DUSTY! My nail tech was Dina (her American name)/Huong (her real name). She was SO METICULOUS--it was as if every little nuance had to be absolutely perfect. She didn't leave a single paint mark on my fingers, the polish came out very evenly, and she didn't even nick me with the cuticle trimmers! I couldn't even feel it! My nails were filed evenly... She is extremely gentle yet gets the job done. She really did a beautiful job. A quick note--Bring cash for the tip, you cannot write it in on your credit/debit slip. This is THE BEST manicure I have ever had! I am very picky about nail salons because they always hurt me or screw it up trying to rush. I will DEFINITELY go back and Im excited such a nice place is only two minutes from home! There's a reason they've been around as long as they have. read more

Always get me right in i do question the cleanliness of the pedicure stations because I see them rinse them out with just the spray nozzle betqeen people but never run a cleaner through the tub. they are a little more expensive then others in the area but the people are friendly and they do good quality work ... they do amazing eye brow waxes read more

Let me begin by saying that my pedicure was very nice... they have massage chairs, and the pedicure I chose included hot stones, a leg massage, and hot cloths... my "issue" involved the cost and the fact that they seemed dishonest as far as payment. First, when I sat in the chair, the aesthetician (sp?) gave me a menu of sorts to choose which "level" of pedi I wanted... I chose the one in the middle which, I believe, was $40... she said, "you're sure? You don't want this?" (indicating the higher priced pedi...I said, no this will be fine (she seemed annoyed, but whatever)... twice during my pedi she dropped tools on the floor and just continued to use them...(I have never experienced that before-usually they would get new tools) :/ So, after the pedi was over I went to the "drying table"... I told her I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my step-mother, who loves the place. She took care of that on my credit card. Then, I tried to pay for my pedicure. Because I believed it was $40, I gave her $50 and asked for $2 back... (a 20% tip). She just stood and stared back and forth between me and the money until I said, "How much was the pedicure?" She replied, "$45". hmmmm... I don't think so, but ok... so, I readjusted my tip and gave her $60. She said, "All set?" I was, like, "No! I don't think so..." I asked for $6 back... again a 20% tip on the now $45 pedi... I waited forever and she finally returned with $4! Seriously?! I said, "I was looking for $6 back, not $4. That's a $9 tip on a $45 pedi". Again, she seemed completely annoyed with me and I was, at this point questioning my math!! I waited quite a while before she returned... My step-mother and niece love this place, and I have no problem paying for services rendered, but I don't like feeling like I have been taken advantage of. I will not be returning. read more
