The DeJong's staff went to bat for me and aggressively shopped around to get me the best deal on car insurance that they could, and they were half the price of any other broker. I have thought that maybe that it was the individual who went above and beyond (and she did), and that I wouldn't get the same level of service after she left. I've dealt with 10 or more employees since then, and they've all had the same level of dedication and devotion, plus the willingness to go above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for DeJong's and will continue to use them for all of my insurance needs!

Due to a change in business & home insurance needs, I made an appointment to go in, ask some questions, and change my plan. I had a list ready, and thought it would be an easy meeting. I was wrong. I met with Brent? Trent? I think he may have been a part-owner of this branch even. I waited in the waiting room when I got there, and then went into his office, sat down, explained why I was there, and I asked one or two questions. Right away he was kurt, and irritated, and then he became verbally abusive very quickly. He basically had a tantrum. I was in such shock at first I sat there scared, confused, and stunned. I quickly thought what had I said to trigger this? And then I realized - nothing. Then I tried to constructively let him know he had no right to yell at a customer like that, but it was clear he was beyond reason. I got up and exited the room, and he kept yelling. I left, and I did not renew my insurance there, and took my business elsewhere. It took a while to even admit that happened. It was so shocking. I definitely do not reccommend this branch.
