The wings had no Chinese style sauce or flavor on them. The spareribs that arrived were country style and very fatty. Yuck ..

Complete disappoinment tonight. Not sure what they were trying to sell tonight, but it wasn't Chinese food. I ordered delivery. The beef teriyaki was good as usual, but it was slightly cold. The chicken fingers were good and hot. But the spareribs on-the-bone and the chicken wings were both horrible. (See photo) The spareribs were country style ribs with barely any flavor on them. Never had a country style Chinese sparerib from them in the past. Weird .. The chicken wings were absolutely NOT Chinese wings. They were plain chicken wings that had been grilled. I've ordered wings from them many times over the years and never had this problem. Bizarre... I'm hoping it was just an "off" night. Will order again in a month or so and see what arrives. If it happens again, no more Billy C food for us.

New menu new owner. I went there when it was Billy gs the new owner from the original was not great food. But a new owner took over and he has done a great job in freshness off food new staff which is very good. The drinks were excellent and the food is made to order and very fresh. I complimented the owner will be going there again.

Billy Tse, a standard go to for takeout. I love the luncheon specials. they are much tastier than the other Chinese restaurants that have lunch specials. Pricing is moderate and quality is high. Parking can sometimes be trying as they only have a few spots, but they do offer valet on some evenings and weekends. They have a full bar. Billy Tse has been around a long time 20 plus years? I give billy Tse Restaurant a Solid 4 Stars.

Great food! Always look for a reason to go get carry out if I'm in the neighborhood. Great portions and always fresh!

Great sushi, wonderful presentation, and a terrific white mai tai! My recommendations: Lobster Maki, and Snowmountain Maki.

We had the pupu platter and sushi, excellent, and the drinks was great too. This is a good replacement for Qyes.

Excellent egg rolls and their poo-poo plater was quite large for two people. Disappointed in the pannang curry.

Bar seems to be the main focus, so unless you like waiting, forgo a table; a barstool is the place to sit. Combo plates make it easy to order, with appetizer add-ons $4 each. Not bad at dinnertime. General Gao's Wings: Well coated in a sweet and zippy sauce that's much less cloyingly sweet than typical, but the deep flavor from the wings themselves came through. Screaming of five spice and likely a brine of some sort. Crisp and tender. Egg Roll: In a word, elite. Crunchy outside and inside, with droopy moist celery, cabbage, and pork. Didn't even need the duck sauce it was so moist. Lobster Sauce: Nice dark color and velvety tender, but good, not great, lacking a little on flavor. Scallion garnish a nice touch. Pork Fried Rice: Medium color, medium flavor. Missing the oomph in an old school fried rice. Chicken Fingers: Not the meatiest, but piping hot, golden brown, crisp throughout (none of that raw stuff that's so common) without being overcooked, and pleasant flavor to the batter. Sweet and Sour sauce on the side was superb, with tart really coming on strong and balancing the sweet. No cherries, but plenty of pineapple and a couple different colors of peppers. Some near misses and some big hits, with plenty of upside, so I'm giving 4 stars even though closer to a 3.5. I'm sure there are a few more elite items to be lurking in that menu. If only they were open for lunch.
