This is one of my favorite places for kids and adults. It's perfect for kids 2 and up (yes, even us kids at heart). I would suggest coming during the week when it's less crowded. I have come on the weekends and holidays but come early! Expect to arrive before opening because the lines start to get ridiculously long. Perfect for morning play followed by lunch at any of the great restaurants. Then you can come back in after lunch to finish off your day. read more

Heed the warnings if you're worried about crowd control. Due to late timing we ended up going mid day Friday on a holiday weekend so I wasn't put out to see how crowded it was, I mean I expected it. I am sure when it is not chaotic, the place is awesome for kids. We brought our 3yo and he had an absolute blast. Parents of toddlers be warned that you should be accompaning your kiddos with each attraction as the space is massive and plus, making sure your kid doesn't get tackled over. Fortunately, it is built for kids and parents to climb in and have fun. If I wasn't baking #2, I would have readily partcipated esp with the slides. I come here a lot and I understand the rules and age limits but yesterday was a whole other story. A group of 200 teenage girls from some camp came. They ranged from ages 15 and older. They were loud rude and intimidating to the babies who were there. All the other parents who were there left because this group who came was just nuts. As my daughter was coming down the slide she stood up and this 15 year old comes down right after her and her teeth ripped into my daughters head making her bleed intensely. My sister calls me immediately and when I get there it's a poor women who speaks no English tending to my daughter. She was the women behind the snack counter. Not the employees not the manager no one. I was so confused. After I opened my mouth and they saw me being a bitch then I got respect. I took my daughter to the doctor and was treated as a bite because the girls mouth hit my daughter. She was also given antibiotics. My daughter is 5 by the way. I have videos of how this group of teenage girls were acting how loud they were and how they just had no manners. They had one chaperone and that was more confusing. The chaperone didn't come to say sorry didn't ask if she was ok. I had 6 year old girl there who was a complete stranger and spoke no English hug my daughter and tried to ask if she was ok. A 6 year old had more common sense than those teenagers. I'm just appalled on how everything was handled why didn't employees help my daughter. It's not cheap to come here you would think with the money that is spent they would at least have a first aid room or something. I'm just disgusted read more

I went here with my wife and two year old on a rainy day. The place is awesome and reminds me of discovery zone. Very open play area perfect for roaming and adventures. They don't seem to be worried with lawsuits like every other children place. If you have a toddler be prepared to run around. read more

I brought my four kids (ages 11, 8, 4 and 10 mos) to this play space yesterday and they had a total blast. I was super impressed (especially after reading the bad reviews) at the cleanliness of the facility and equipment. There are a ton of slides, in all different lengths and steepness, two trampolines and so much to climb on that my kids were mellow and exhausted by the end of the visit. There's a baby/toddler area separate from the big kids area which was off to the side and a little secluded which worked for us- even the overhead music was quieter there. It was quick and easy to get to by entering Pallisades Mall near Best Buy entrance. We arrived at around 11am on a Wednesday and were able to play for a good three hours. Even though there were several summer camps and individual families there, the space is big enough that it didn't feel crowded and there was no wait for slides or other equipment. The only damper was that they only allow one child on a trampoline at a time and even though the line moves quickly, it would've been more fun if my kids could've jumped together. But I get it, it's a little dangerous that way. I felt that the entrance fee is expensive but it was worth it. We will definitely be back! read more

This is a really difficult to write. My wife a ride to Billy bees at about 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon. We waited in line to get in for about 45 minutes to an hour. When we arrive to the register we realize that there was only one cashier open. How in the world can a Business like this only have one cashier open with over 100 people waiting on mine. It's funny because when we actually arrive to the cashier after waiting for an hour a second person came and opened his register. Once we finally bought her tickets and entered my children my wife and I had an amazing time inside. It wasn't too crowded inside there seem to be a lot of people working and overall my kids were safe and enjoy them self and did not want to leave. I'm wondering if only one cashier was open as a wayof maintaining the amount of people entering the facility at one time and or if they were just short staff. I'm sure my wife and I will come back to this location again because like I said my kids did have a lot of fun but if you are visiting this place make sure that you arrive early to beat the line. read more

Coming here was a horrible and scary experience for any child and their parents! My 3 year old daughter was going down the slide and accidentally hit her head on a post which was not secure enough not to sustain a cut or an injury. Instead of deep padding, it was only protected by plastic tape. She started crying and all of a sudden, her head was bleeding! This happened in an area that is meant for INFANTS and my daughter is a toddler! I understand accidents happen but THE WAY the staff handled the situation was unacceptable. My wife and I were scared and frantically running around looking for staff to help out. We could not find anybody! I, personally tried looking around for a staff to quickly bring a bag of ice for my daughter's bleeding head while my wife was attending to her. Naturally, I went to the food and snack counter first to look for someone but NO ONE was there when we needed them! I finally found a couple of staff members a few minutes later just to bring a bag of ice! Finally, they brought a bag of ice and five minutes later, the mall police arrived to file a report with us. Instead of them of automatically following protocol by dispatching an ambulance in situations like this, me and our friends we came with had to GOOGLE, yes google the nearest hospital! After 10 minutes, an ambulance arrived and we went in the ambulance to take our daughter to the hospital. While in the ambulance on our way to the hospital, the paramedics even said that they had a number of cases of injuries from this place alone! Fortunately, her bleeding stopped and she was released an hour later. It was nothing serious and just a deep cut. Thankfully, no stitches were required. Besides, my daughter's injury, we had some issues with this place already. First, it took them about 20 minutes just to fix the machine that prints the ID bracelets that we need for admission. The staff there was really not helpful because they seem like they were not knowledgeable and even trained to handle situations like this. Moreover, not much staff were visible at all. The only staff member we saw was at the trampolines so they can assure not more than one person jumps on it at once lol I could sue this place because they did not have anyone sign a disclaimer releasing them of all liability before we enter like other kiddie places. No wonder why admission to this place is cheap. read more

Too crowded and not enough staff...paid a lot of money for my kids birthday party and it wasn't a party at all. No organization and of course the party is going to be on the weekend and they flood the place with anyone who shows up...you have grown men acting like kids themselves on the trampolines... They give you a cart in public view to leave gifts and cards on for your party but their is no security and anyone can just go up and help themselves to the gifts or cash filled envelopes... Which is exactly what happened someone stole 5 of my kids presents...The ONLY TIME your kids will see their guests is when they bring you in for cake and pizza ....If you are going to spend HUNDREDS of dollars on a kids party there are better options around than this mad house read more

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here. This was the most disorganized stressful party I've every been to. The time was changed twice on us. Staff was nowhere to be found. Guests had no idea where to put the gifts or to hang their coats. Pizza was brought out after the cake. The attendants had to be reminded to do every little thing - bring out a cake, light the candles, turn off the lights. We had to clean up the plates from the tables, cut and give out the cake by ourselves. At the end, we were overcharged for children who didn't come (even though we notified the venue in advance) and had to pay for the pizzas that we brought out when all the guests left. Great place great fun! My daughter 2 and son 6 had a ball! In fact my husband and I had a ball too! Perfect spot for fun and games. The kids didn't want to leave! $40 fir the entire day 10am-8pm is not bad compared to museums or movies. There are slides, tunnels, trampolines, basketball and a ton of other things. Dress casual and comfortable and light. It gets hot in there with running jumping and swinging. No shoes allowed but please don't forget SOCKS! Very clean place. Security is very good families/groups gave same wrist band numbers that are checked upon entrance and exits. Bring your water bottle you'll need it! Great place fir birthday parties and rainy days. My children attended a birthday party at Billy Beez today. While they had fun playing, I have HUGE concerns about the security procedures for birthday parties there. While staff do seem to take security very seriously for individually paying customers, the procedure entirely falls apart for children attending birthday parties. I was able to walk right into the facility as an adult without a child only by saying that my children were attending a birthday party. To exit, I was able to walk right out of the place with two children ... without staff checking any sort of wristband ... .just by saying that we were leaving a birthday party. That gives be big concern about ever leaving my children at a party there again. Also, I know that my friend hosting the party had many problems with the party and ended up with a nice refund and free passes because promised services for the party were not provided. read more

We visited Billy Beez for the first time yesterday with my brother and sister - in - law and arrived just as my 1yo went down for his 3 hour nap. Being that the other 3 kids are 3 and 2, we knew we wouldn't be staying long. The (very rude) girl at the counter still made us pay $13 for a sleeping kid. She also (btw) overcharged us for 1 kid and 1 adult that we had to fight her over. I think it was terrible business practice to charge for a kid who would not be participating at all, overcharge us and be so rude through it all. If we didn't have 3 thrilled toddlers ready to play we would have left. Shame on you. * tried to just send this commentary to them but their website doesn't work.* Should mention we only stayed an hour - partly because of the kids ages but also because there are so many unsupervised kids running rampant it was getting dangerous! PLEASE DONT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. This place was horrible. Specifically, stay away from "LIZ" and "Jennifer" These two destroyed our son's 4th birthday party. They are horribly unprofessional - we have huge problems with the food, the room - salad were brought out at almost same time as cake - nothing was organized - not even WATER for kids - nothing. I did not complain. Then they wanted to charge us for 8 pies of pizza - we only ordered 3. They for first time said that they added 3 plus the 5 included, when we wanted and told them on the phone that it should be 3 total. "LIZ" said sure, I will take this off the bill - as said 2 other people; then the manager "Jennifer" said no - "i cant do that cause someone else makes the pizza". This is the worse service I have ever seen. They literally destroyed the party. At the time of our party, the 3 other parents had similar problems with management. STAY AWAY. So, yes, it looks like a cool premise, and my son is just 14 months old, so we got in for $10 (thought it was well priced). We get in, and immediately they are trying to sell your child sugary junk food to make sure they spend the whole stay misbehaving. There are several different playgrounds, but there is very little staff actually watching the kids (I went on a Sunday afternoon, so you have to imagine that they would have as many people as they could on). The bigger kids bully the little kids, the parents (for the most part) can't be bothered to watch their kids and the staff that are there are barely in college so they have no idea what to do. I would stay away from this place, it feels like a liability nightmare. If you want to give your kid some free time to play, take them to Gymboree or somewhere like that. read more

I took my daughter here when she was 7/8 months and was very disappointed with the lack of play space for babies and toddlers. In the little space that we were in, there were also older kids who were running around unsupervised. It didn't feel safe to me for my baby. I also didn't like the fact that every adult had to pay to come in with a child. I obviously can't let my child be there unsupervised, why do I have to pay to watch my child? Go early in the morning, no crowds. We came back after a quick bite in the mall and it was packed with party goers and individual families like me. Beware - weekend pricing is higher. My kids had a blast. The staff were attentive, but the physical space was seriously lacking in safety. I uploaded some pics to show. In addition, I didn't get to snap pic of the slides- most were connecting tubes - with flat raised screws, but at the speed the kids goes down the flat raised screws are red flags for injuries. I just visited the Bronx location in the Bay Mall along with 5 tweens who had a good time until some older kids came into there space and started bullying them, this location was packed with kids but under control and kept clean Plenty of staff and security on hand and my needs where met when needed and the staff was very nice and hard working, I will return with the kids probably a different day & time read more

Came during the week as 1 adult and 2 kids. Paid $33. . BBz is massive with lots of cheerful colors and worth it. Arrived 12:10 and place was packed uncomfortably with summer camp groups. When we came back after lunch around 2:30 things had calmed down much. They allow you to easily come in and out all day long until they close. So that's perfect for taking a break to go utilize the rest of this massive mall. BBz is the largest (by far) play space (play place) that I have ever been to. I wound say I have been to 7 others. You may not like the place if you are a helicopter parent. Kids can disappear from view in a literal instant. Also it's not that comfortable for larger and/or less nimble adults to move through the apparatus with your kid. But your welcome to try. read more

Great indoor play place. Solid 3.5. Can be a little scary for the smaller kids but they recently added a new toddler section that I think helps. I love this place but be warned you can easily lose your child inside the "jungle". It can be very scary, you turn around for a second and lose your child. I know they have safeguards that are great each child and parent get matching bracelets and they are checked to make sure someone is trying to take your child but it isn't fool proof. My son actually ran out of the entrance when they were letting other people in and the attendant didn't even notice until I screamed. I think they need more staff in various sections under the jungle. My son ended up in a spot in the maze and started to cry because he didn't know how to get out. While it is nice that parents can stay right under the maze to watch their child you can't be there and run to get them if they need help or get hurt in it. And for parents you can easily exhaust yourself if you try and follow them on every turn. They have private party places and things beside the slides, like a shooting ball cage and a train table (with missing parts and trains). Some of the slides need adult supervision and not age appropriate for kids under 4 as they drop straight down, scared me. They do have a cafe and you can get a snack for a reasonable price. They can get crowded. Saturdays seem less crowded than Sundays since most of the surrounding community observes the Sabbath on Saturday. It is a clean place and a great place to meet friends who live in NY and NJ. We'll be back I'm sure. read more

Loved it and the kids ages (1, 4, 9 and 11) absolutely loved it! Glad there is another option aside from Chuck E Cheese. A bunch of fun slides with many twists and turns, trampolines, climbing wall, little cars your kids can ride on. I know I'm forgetting a bunch of things. The best thing is everything is big enough for the parents to fit in so I was able to go throughout the whole play center with my 12 month old. Their is a small concession stand that offers healthy options and if you're really hungry you have all the food options that Palisades Mall has to offer. read more

Awesome for a toddler, older kids will enjoy it less but will leave with a smile. The slides are great and some are blood pressure raising. However it doesn't get a 5-star from be because the staff is great but really don't keep an eye on the kids to ensure the smaller olds aren't put in harms way of the rowdy older kids. *Parents, this is a place to always watch your child, I see my parents that don't and I don't recommend it. I decided to have my son's 5th birthday party at Billy Beez. The whole process was a disaster. The party planners are disorganized and they do not return phone calls. The down payment ($250) was given to the party planner via credit card to reserve the date. The next day I had to follow up because there was no charge made from Billy Beez. If I would not have called I would not have had a party! A week and a half later I get a phone call that my party was double booked and that I did not have a party room! The invitations had already gone out. I was given the most ridiculous options considering they made the mistake. I met with the head party planner that assured me that they were doing their best to accommodate me. We discussed where the party would take place and how they were going to make sure that although it was NOT what I wanted, it would still be great. Needless to say, I informed most of my guests of the change of location. On the Friday before my party, I called to speak with the head party planner and left 2 messages with 2 different people. I was assured he would get the message. I never received a call back. The day of my party, my guests are calling me to tell me that nothing was set up in the location where I was assured my party would take place! I was furious. No one called me to discuss the change of venue with me. My party was put all the way in the back in an open area, where the party rooms are. We were near the bathrooms and the clothing/shoe/gift racks for all the parties. People and their kids were running through my party area. Kids that were not part of my party were coming and drinking the refreshments on the table. Horrible! I had to speak to the planner to have him block off my area. The service staff was slow and did not seem to know what to do. They often disappeared for long periods of time and we had to wait to drink refills. The party time is rushed and unorganized! For the money that they charge for a party you would expect better service. IT IS NOT worth the headache to have a party here. A basic party is $500. They charge you for 20 Kids. The adult food is not covered and a huge added expense. (Example: One 8 slice pizza pie is$18) They over book parties and still allow regular paying customers in. This place is an absolute mad house on the weekends. What a disappointing and expensive experience! read more

Guard your personal belongings, because they aren't safe. Shoes are not allowed, so you have to put them in an unmonitored area. Someone stole my 1 year old's shoes - pretty pathetic. Informed the manager and he didn't seem surprised and didn't offer any type of help or sympathy. As for the play area, it's ok. A little smelly, a little dirty, but somewhat expected for a place with such high volume. Not a lot of staff around and the no shoes policy was not strictly enforced with adults. Rating one star for me. Very nice place for kids but bad experience. Some kids from a camp stole my phone right from my pocket! I spoke to a very rude "manager" who I asked to check the cameras and she told me she can't do that. What "manager" can't look at the cameras! Not even 10 minutes in! This place is so unorganized!! Staff doesn't care to watch what is going on inside the place. I also watched two little kids from another camp fighting each other and miss using the equipment provided. And still no guidance was given. Very sad. This place would be great to go if there was better management. It's a shame. On the other hand of push and threatening to press charges I finally got my phone back as well as the money that was stolen too. No help to billybeez staff though. Came for My Nieces Birthday july 15th. It was 30mins till closing. She had her heart set on playing. We had to pay full price. We Paid for her and 2 adults, for a supposed 30mins. They closed up the areas that she wanted to get to, before closing. To me that was the most Heartless experience. read more
