It makes no sense--same chain, but totally different experience. Either they're not ordering enough, not restocking properly, or just don't pay attention to what sells. Food is fresh and when ask for something they usually don't have a problem making it. I seen so many people abusing the Cashier's asking for ID for cigarettes since it is their job, and the Management tells them to smile never refuse a sale and take the Customer's abuse. A customer isn't always right and management should back up their employees and treat them better, if they did this there wouldn't be such a high turn over...

(I compared on my way back down the hill) The downside? It's on E Main, and turning left would be an absolute nightmare to anyone behind you. It also sneaks up on you a little bit, because it's right after the residential area ends on your way toward Target. I will definitely have to keep Pit Stop (which seems to be pretending to be a Sunoco online) for the future!

This is NOT the first time I have stopped in and she was cranky, blunt and just plain not very nice. This place is very convenient but I won't go again- well, I will if I know she is not working.

This rating is really hard because it's not the price - this gas is pretty competitive, if not on…read morethe cheaper side of most gas stations in the area. It's not the cleanliness, because the two pumps are both pretty clean. It's certainly not the employees, because the gentleman in the store tonight was very friendly. It's the location - this is located on the hypotenuse of a three-light intersection. I'm not clear on whether I have to wait for the opposite angle to turn green before I can go or not. But it makes getting out a little frustrating, particularly since you have a small space to work with. The station and attached shop also seem to change names frequently, but they are pretty consistent on being affordable no matter what name is on the pump.

Today I was driving past this Gasway/Citgo and I saw a man on the corner who had fallen off of his…read morebicycle. I stopped to help him up and he needed more help than I could give him. The reason I am writing this review was that I stepped into the store and asked the man behind the counter to call 911. He refused, I mean absolutely refused even after I explained that it was for the man who fell off of his bike and couldn't get up on the store property. I will never shop here again because of this and urge everyone else to also not shop here. If someone is so heartless that they won't call 911 to help a poor man on the ground then they don't deserve the business.

The first time I went there it was an average gas station experience. Drive in, pump, drive out…read more The second time was terrible. Every pump was full, and there were cars waiting in line. One pump overflowed and a puddle of gas formed below it. I didn't know that was possible. When I finally got to pump, it took four seconds for .1 gallons of gas, and over 10 minutes to fill up my fairly small tank. The second star is really a hopeful one that it was a one-time experience and we'll be back to the generic in, pump, out. It's pretty clean too.

It's super convenient, especially if you're out late and need gas, snacks, or a quick bite. I wouldn't say the service is anything to brag about and the food isn't exactly gourmet, but for what it is, you really can't beat the convenience factor. Open any hour, always there when you need it.
