Today, this clerk "Ezmerelda" was laughing and talking to others, but was bothered by us from the start and not sure Why. We walked up, I said hello (super friendly) and she ignored me. I said hello again and then said hi as if I was bothering her. She wanted my husband's ID, and he politely asked her, "why, 2 weeks ago he wasn't asked," as he was handing her his ID, she scanned it and the way she spoke about needing to make sure his ID was valid, she was so RUDE, and I told her, "YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE!" She didn't care. Attention BevMo Managers: Your clerks are representing your company, and they should be capable of providing Excellent Customer Service to ALL guests. I get it, we all have bad days, but I felt her bad vibes from the moment we walked up by her body language and facial expressions. Not a good look for a one stop shop.
