This time, I just got an inspection sticker and wiper blade change (mine were admittedly bad). They offered two tier prices for blades and install was super fast. Paid about $80 for the inspection sticker, two new blades and their installation. Waited less than half hour INCLUDING a customer in front of me. That's impressive. Professional and kind people. (plus bought a cool shelf"tag sale style" super cheap so I'm an extra happy camper!)

I had recently had some work done and knew it most likely would fail. Not a big deal. Had to drive a certain number of miles. Great paid the fee and off I went. 3.5 weeks later went back. Their machine wasn't "working" but they didn't know when it would be fixed! So waited 2 more weeks went back still same story. Waited another 2 weeks same thing! I went the week after my 60 days to see what was happening same story. Being this vehicle needs to be 100% safe and on the road I had to go elsewhere. They didn't not offer a refund nothing! Stole my $35 which ended up costing me $70 because I had to pay again. I was informed they've been doing this to many others as well. Knowingly taking someone's money and not rendering a service is stealing. Honesty is of utmost importance and it's evident they do not work with these ethics. Shameful. To avoid being scammed I would not use this business. There should be a zero star option!
