We were not expecting the amount of work they had to do to clean our duct work ( 3 floors) as they were here about 3 additional hours of the original time estimate. In addition to the ac ducts they cleaned our dryer ducts and it was really a fire hazard that we were completely unaware of. My washing machine smells like gear oil, tech said he…read morewas unable to access under the agitator (bolt on 2023 washer has already seized?) and that I was using too much detergent; he gave me an Affresh tablet and started the "clean" cycle. Said there was nothing to indicate an oil leak. Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. App is easy to use, and tech was on time and extremely polite, however: Will absolutely not use this service again, or recommend.
