Today I found a bill tucked into my back garage door from last week. The price per gallon had been crossed off and marked from 1.399 to 1.499. When I asked about it I was first told it was due to their truck not having the latest computer equipment. I was later told that it was because no one answered the door when the driver delivered. The time stamp on the ticket was shortly after 12pm. I was home before, during and after that time. It's one thing to make an honest attempt to contact a homeowner. It is quite dishonest to knock on a back garage door where there is not a chance that anyone could hear you then charge an extra $70.00+tax "because no one came to the door". Even though I am switching to natural gas for my house, I had planned to continue to use Honeyville for my shop and horse barn. I will not use Honeyville Propane again.

Initially there was no charge for tank rental but 7 years…read moreago they started charging $180.00/year tank rental in addition to their outrageuos non-competitive rates for gas. We tired of paying $180.00 per year for tank rental. We called (couldn't do it online) to cancel the service and have the tank picked up. We were informed we would not receive any credit for the gas still in the tank AND they were charging us $400 to pick up the tank. I will never buy from Amerigas again. Amerigas is a bunch of greedy thieves.

This took place around 12:30pm that afternoon. We were home and I was sitting in my chair at this time and I can see my tank clearly 50ft out of my window. No pup arrived so I was surprised to see a delivery confirmation from them along with a bill. So of course we call and I go outside to see gauge still reading below its threshold. Granted we put 200 or so gallons in last January. It's now been 3 weeks of a language barrier, frustration and now hate for this company. I have had to record every call! I went to the local hub! Walked around inside the facility for 10 minutes or better before giving up and by chance some kid comes walking out, I of course jumped his shit mistakenly however he handled himself better than I and got me in contact with his super, who then forwarded me to his super. His super said "Biggest scam ever" they are trying to pull the over sea contact center contract etc etc he's sorry it's out of his control. So we kept calling. Finally today I think I got somewhere but I am contacting legal services regardless. I do not recommend this company period. Go through Carper or anyone else by all means.

Yesterday at 6:00pm (after business hours, of course) we discovered that the reason we were cold was that we had no propane and therefore no heat, cooking, or hot water. The lady we talked with was very apologetic and assured us we would have a fill tomorrow, (today). We called this morning and they again said they would get someone here ASAP. It's after 1:00. No call, no sign of them. We called and asked when we were scheduled; no return call. Of course we can only talk to a machine, so we have no idea what to expect. I don't know what is most troubling, the insensitivity to our pleas or the lack of communication, both between the company and ourselves and the company systems. Either way we lose.
