He didn't give us pat answers like some do to pacify. We took off one star due to not having an invoice for services available upon taking our money. They wrote us out a hand receipt until they could email us the paid in full invoice. All an all, they did a great job! They are one of the few companies in the Fort Wayne area with advanced equipment to do hydro jetting and have camera's to investigate the problem when necessary. We would definitely recommend them when your situation requires more than a septic pump.
