When I was speaking to her about paying my bill and how to so so when they only accept visa and MasterCard (get with the times to accept ALL) she told me she did not want to waste anymore time on me and hung up on me. She is so classy LOL there is NO WAY this woman should be employed to speak to members of the community she is rude and nasty every time I have interacted with her. It's unfortunate that we are forced to use them AEP is the by far the best power company we should be able to decide our service providers not be forced to put up with crappy and terrible service. On the other side of it they charge you $45 to disconnect your power then ANOTHER $45 to turn it back on. The ONLY company that charges this way. Overall garbage company that needs to remember why they are employed.

Unlike with most companies, Jason not only specs and sells their Generac product line but he also installs and services them and is fully factory trained. That gives him a level of expertise that is head and shoulders above the competition and very helpful. He was the only salesman to follow up after his quote to see if I had additional questions. He is always eager to answer any and all questions and is great at helping to evaluate trade-offs. In addition to the excellent install on the generator, Shrock's also replaced our supplemental heat system with a gas furnace and since then has been our choice for service on all our heating and AC needs. Every visit has been professionally executed. Experience with their office staff has been wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Shrock's Dri-Gas to anyone.

They approached me to put in a 1000 gallon tank so they would not have to come as often without telling me they were going to charge me to run a gas line 15 feet. The high inflation put me out of business and propane was by far my highest expense. Now I got a bill for "tank rental" for $120. No communication from Donahue, just a bill. I am contacting other propane providers to take over and will be actively calling my family and friends to cancel their business with Donahue and find a company that has morals
