We tired of paying $180.00 per year for tank rental. We called (couldn't do it online) to cancel the service and have the tank picked up. We were informed we would not receive any credit for the gas still in the tank AND they were charging us $400 to pick up the tank. I will never buy from Amerigas again. Amerigas is a bunch of greedy thieves.

No pup arrived so I was surprised to see a delivery confirmation from them along with a bill. So of course we call and I go outside to see gauge still reading below its threshold. Granted we put 200 or so gallons in last January. It's now been 3 weeks of a language barrier, frustration and now hate for this company. I have had to record every call! I went to the local hub! Walked around inside the facility for 10 minutes or better before giving up and by chance some kid comes walking out, I of course jumped his shit mistakenly however he handled himself better than I and got me in contact with his super, who then forwarded me to his super. His super said "Biggest scam ever" they are trying to pull the over sea contact center contract etc etc he's sorry it's out of his control. So we kept calling. Finally today I think I got somewhere but I am contacting legal services regardless. I do not recommend this company period. Go through Carper or anyone else by all means.

Unlike with most companies, Jason not only specs and sells their Generac product line but he also installs and services them and is fully factory trained. That gives him a level of expertise that is head and shoulders above the competition and very helpful. He was the only salesman to follow up after his quote to see if I had additional questions. He is always eager to answer any and all questions and is great at helping to evaluate trade-offs. In addition to the excellent install on the generator, Shrock's also replaced our supplemental heat system with a gas furnace and since then has been our choice for service on all our heating and AC needs. Every visit has been professionally executed. Experience with their office staff has been wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Shrock's Dri-Gas to anyone.
