She was rude and condescending to my father when he first arrived to drop off the truck. All that she told my father was that we would have to pay a fee to drop the truck off at the location because the rental did not show up in her computer. She was very curt, did not listen to our story, and did not provide any information as to how to resolve this issue. She provided horrible customer service. I'm not sure if this was an off day for her or if this is the manner in which she treats all customers, but this is unacceptable. She should receive training from Brandy because Brandy was a model employee. Brandy politely explained to us why our rental did not show up in the system and why there was a fee associated with dropping off the rental. Through our discussion, I learned that I was supposed to call the 1-800 number on the contract that I should have received when I picked up the rental--a contract that was never emailed to me as promised. And then there was the issue with the fuel tank. We returned the truck with the gauge at the level at which we received the truck, but supposedly the gauge was closer to the 3/4 line. This was a minor hiccup, which was inconvenient and could have been prevented had the tank been full when we received it. It's easier to fill a tank up to full rather than try to estimate how much gas to put in to reach an obscure level. But even with this minor problem, Brandy was polite and kept composure as she explained everything. We really appreciated the excellent customer service she provided us. It was the ONLY redeeming factor in our U-Haul experience. Thank you Brandy!

Today I found a bill tucked into my back garage door from last week. The price per gallon had been crossed off and marked from 1.399 to 1.499. When I asked about it I was first told it was due to their truck not having the latest computer equipment. I was later told that it was because no one answered the door when the driver delivered. The time stamp on the ticket was shortly after 12pm. I was home before, during and after that time. It's one thing to make an honest attempt to contact a homeowner. It is quite dishonest to knock on a back garage door where there is not a chance that anyone could hear you then charge an extra $70.00+tax "because no one came to the door". Even though I am switching to natural gas for my house, I had planned to continue to use Honeyville for my shop and horse barn. I will not use Honeyville Propane again.
