Heard about Cypress Gulf Coast Roofing from Tommy on WWL Radio…read more A call to them and talked to the owner Ryan Dahmer. He was great from the start. His expertise is above and beyond. My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. He helped with the roof choice and I just love the results! The roof is now on house on and the whole process could have not been any better from start to finish! His entire operation is a well run machine and the final result is above and beyond anything I could have expected. As Ryan says his price is not the highest or the cheapest but I always would go with a local operation that understands the conditions of Louisiana. I have recommended this operation to several people and cannot say enough about Cypress Gulf Coast Roofing Gutters. Give Ryan a call!

I found pieces of wood with nails sticking straight up left in my backyard. A couple of days later we had a rain and I had piles of nails all over my yard where it appears that they threw the nails in my gutter and they washed out with the rain. They should have run water through my gutters to get all of those nails out and picked up. I have grandchildren and pups that could have easily stepped on the nails. Poor cleanup and supervision of the work.

Corey got back to me immediately and was there Saturday afternoon. Communicated with me to let me know when he'd be there, then did fantastic work getting the job done. I searched French Drains and came across Sylve Services. Mr. Sylve arrived at my home assessed the situation and advised me he would call me back with a quote. I received a call back from Mr. Sylve the next day. He advised me if I gave him the opportunity to do the job he would make sure that I was satisfied. I gave me a price that was very reasonable. My schedule is very busy so the face that he provided me with a quote that included all materials was fantastic!!! He made my life easier and took on the task of satisfying the customer from the start. He had everything delivered and I didn't have to go into a store or garden center not once. He communicated with me and sent me a picture of every plant before he made the purchase of any plants that he used. I hired him to do the work, and all I can say is that he takes so much pride in his work. He went over his budget just to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. Not once did he try to increase the quote or make me feel like I owed him anything extra. I left the total design up to him, and he did not disappoint. I didn't think I would like the brick border he suggested . He suggested this once he noticed I had left over bricks in my yard. He advised me that was a way that I could save by using the left over bricks. I came home from work and he had completed the landscaping edging with the bricks. All I can say is that I absolutely loved it!!!! Mr. Sylve came everyday with his lunch, water and everything that he needed for the day. He arrived early and left everyday once it got dark. Mr. Sylve seen that we needed fill around our patio so the dirt he had to Shovel out for the landscaping he placed it in the low spots around our patio. The French drain was done to our satisfaction even though I know it was more work than he originally thought it would be. He still gave he his all until the job was completed and to my satisfaction. We have several more landscaping outdoor projects that we need done. Mr. Sylve most definitely will be the only landscaper for us.
