His knowledge of western wear, attention to detail, and eye for matching colors, materials, and styles made the entire process easy and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the level of craftsmanship and customer service. Enrique custom-fitted and handcrafted an ostrich skin belt for me right there in the shop to ensure it fit perfectly. That level of dedication and expertise is something you rarely find anymore. He also recommended an excellent local tailor who completed the final alterations, making the entire experience seamless. Everyone at the store was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Their selection is not only extensive, but the quality of their western wear is unlike anything I've found elsewhere. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality western clothing and exceptional customer service, I can't recommend El Centenario enough. Enrique and his team went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Rating: Less Than 1 Star…read more I found a hat priced at $209 that had a visible hole in the outer brim. When I pointed it out to the sales associate, she told me that was "how the hat is made." I asked whether there were any other holes like it on the hat, and she acknowledged there were not. Because the item was a final sale, I asked whether they would consider a discount due to the defect. The assistant manager declined. I then asked to speak with the store manager and was told the manager was not there. When I asked who could make that decision, the assistant manager said she would need to contact the executive manager but did not offer to do so until I specifically asked her to make the call. Instead, she took the hat from me and said she would return it to the vendor. I explained that I wanted to buy the hat and was simply requesting a reasonable discount because it had a visible defect. At that point, she said, "It can't hurt to ask the manager," took my phone number, and said someone would get back to me. I'm waiting to see whether management follows up and will update this review accordingly.

Not knowing my address on that was an old address from 10 years ago . And the hats I bought was delivered to that address associated with my Google pay. I had no idea that it had a different address than what I selected on lids website. How would I know to check my Google pay address? Lids don't instruct that where they give you the option to use Google pay, they don't inform you anywhere that using Google pay , be sure the addresses are correct. Cause the address you specified on the order for delivery doesn't matter. Like WTF? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? And then to send me this bullshit email , not providing me with customer service, denying to resend the hats to me is hirandous. Loosing a customer over $40.00 says ALOT. And made my mind up not to ever F with lids again!! This is their response to my call asking them for my hats F LIDS!!

She kept taking the hats and putting them away as I was trying them on. I asked politely for different recommendations for a hat that she showed me that was $300... she proceeded to walk away and was doing her makeup talking to me. I then asked if she did any discounts or price matched.. she asked why. I said I found it a tad cheaper online, if not, I understood and it wasn't a problem.
