I do not recall seeing any gemstone displays, but perhaps that is the reason for the prices. I shopped here at Christmas with the narrow search of silver hoop earrings, larger than a golf ball. I also know what backs are acceptable for my gals preference. This specific search was limited to a countertop spinning rounder. Great! No one to bother to remove one item at a time from below the glass case. They were real silver, and not just plated. Shock and surprise. They were also hollow. Pro's ~ they are super lightweight. Con's ~ they are subject to malleability due to their thin hollow design. They were a good value in hand, that I did not have to order online. They do come in a nice gift box, but nothing black velvet, nor the tiny Ziploc. Fast forward to late February. She had enough Christmas spoils that I was able to hold them over to Valentines Day. Everything was perfect about them with one exception. One part of the catch was just sharp enough to irritate after a couple sharp pokes. We returned to the kiosk, where they were very understanding. They had ordered 2 of that pair as a trial from a new vendor. She agreed on the design flaw and offered an exchange. Easy Peezy on our way with a smile. I'm at Easton. I first checked all the department store jewelry counters before arriving here. I swung a wide berth around all jewelry stores compensating for Easton real estate rent. Macy's. Nordstrom. Talbots. Other boutique shops. All had the same limited selection(for my needs) with higher price tags. I guess those velvet boxes are expensive.

Ken was very kind and personable upon meeting and we instantly felt comfortable and at ease. He was able to explain different wedding band options and was a great listener to our needs. Once we found the weddings bands we loved, he gave us space to make decisions and was never once pushy. We still can't believe we purchased our wedding bands today with no prior intention of doing so, a testament to Ken's ability. As for the Diamond Cellar, our wedding bands are perfect! Not only was I told that the ring I purchased could not be returned but diamond cellar refused to even help or suggest any ideas for ways to sell it on consignment. And they refused to sell their ring on consignment because it was made of lab grown diamonds. Diamond cellar sells lab grown diamonds and they claim there is an after market for. Just like if you purchase a car, it loses some of its value after you drive off the lot, but in this case imagine that the ring we purchased has a zero value the minute we purchased. They surely know how profusely apologize for offering "nothing we can do" but they clearly don't stand behind the product they sell. They seem more than happy to leave their customers without any help or options as we are sent on our way with a, "sorry, there is nothing we can do." I asked for some escalation to management but its been over a month and no call or contact made by staff. I knew what I bought but assumed that they would at least provide assistance in dealing with the situation instead of leaving me on my own to figure it out. Better off going to a local jewelers.
