It's tucked away a bit in a small corner of Westerville but it isn't hard to find. There's parking out front and they're currently only open Monday through Friday. The owner Amanda is so sweet and their space is truly a breath of fresh air. The vibrant colors just put off a feeling of happiness and I could honestly spend hours there. I'm kicking myself for not picking up a rainbow maker window cling but I did find several things I just had to get. A carnelian bracelet and a beautiful chunk of angel aura quartz. Out of all the cool crystal stores I've visited, this was the first time I laid my eyes on that type of quartz and I just had to make it mine. It's known to help with stress relief, balancing your chakras, and awakens empathy, enhances creativity, and more. I already had a giant tumbled carnelian stone but after learning it's supposed to bring love and prosperity to your life and I decided I needed to be able to bring this with me anywhere I go. After losing some weight, my wedding set is too big. I initially took my set in and asked for sizing beads to be added. I had these sizing beads previously and they worked well. The lady said I would have to pay out of pocket for the sizing beads. I explained I had them before and they were paid for by the warranty. The lady said for the 14 years she has been there, they have not been covered by the plan. This is actually my third ring I had them added to and paid for by the warranty plan we purchased. After determining I was getting nowhere, I went ahead and told her she could size down the ring without the beads since it was paid for by the warranty. Keep in mind if she took the time to check the computer regarding my account, she would have seen the details I attempted to share. Fast forward to the day I picked the ring set up. The lady said- here you go, the work was completed but the shop noted they will NEVER be able to work on the rings again. She knew nothing more, how is this possible? I let her know as soon as I tried the ring on, that it was not sized down and the work was not completed as stated. She said, unfortunately, she knew nothing more than the couple words they put on the slip saying they would NEVER work on it again. Just to reiterate, this was purchased from Jared and I paid for a warranty plan covering these repairs. Several days later when I had not heard from anyone at Jared, I called to get more info. They said the platinum on my rings was too thin and that was the last time they would even touch them. Jared, you have seen the same ring every 6 months and made repairs as needed for the last 25 years, how am I just now hearing this for the first time??? They said I could look at putting the purchase price of the band towards a new one, despite this being 25 years ago and platinum being much more expensive now. They said I could get the exact same ring custom made if I pay $1,900 and the additional money for a new warranty plan. Why would I have to pay even a penny for a ring set purchased through you, with a warranty plan, and only your shop has worked on the rings. Completely unacceptable! The manager explained that after several years, it's normal to have to replace a wedding set. What the hell? No one buys a wedding set thinking they have to buy a second one years later. If it's so common, why wasn't it mentioned when we purchased it? I can't imagine someone explaining to me years ago that I would need to look at possibly buying a second wedding ring down the road, but for the same MARRIAGE!!! I don't wear my ring in the shower or in my house. It's only on when I leave the house. I will NEVER shop at Jared again and I will make it my mission to share this horror story with anyone who will listen. I can't imagine the number of others this has happened to. Please save yourself the money and hassle of having to replace your entire wedding set years later, take your business elsewhere!!!!

He kept telling me my present would be paper since that's what it says online most couples receive on their one year anniversary. So as you can guess my husband played with me and actually got me paper. Then I'm like you got to be joking me buddy we've been together for a year and all I get is paper? Then he tells me to come downstairs, I come downstairs to find the bag pictured on here. Inside was the most lovely charm bracelet ever. It had 3 charms, to tell the story of how my husband and I met from the beginning. The charms that symbolize how my better half and I met started with love, then the next represents the engagement ring of proposal, then the last one is the one year anniversary charm. He told me everytime we have a life event (such as baby, pets, etc) he will continue to add to this bracelet until it becomes full. It was the most lovely idea ever and I loved my gift! I like that the bracelet is not too heavy and nice enough for me to wear it to special events. As well as the right fit. The sales lady literally had to take a measurement of my husband's arm to get the right measurement of mine since I have a tiny arm. I will always treasure this charmed collection and can't wait to see what memories we add to it in the future!! I don't know how purchasing jewelry from this store is. My review is just about getting rings…read moresized/repaired. I stopped in based on the reviews. I have a ring that had a 3.0+mm wide and 2.3mm depth band. It needed to be sized down almost a full size. I took it in and was guaranteed they could do it no issue... They told me the band would get thicker because they would be bringing the thicker sides in. I left it with them for a week, as I don't live in Columbus . I was so happy to get it back and didn't really notice until about half an hour later: my ring hurt to wear. I took it off and looked at it and I was devastated. You could feel where they cut the shank, it was wavy, the was no uniformity to the edges, and it was oblong. I called and they apologized profusely. Asked me to take it to the store in Cleveland and they would let that store know we were coming. They did not. The store in Cleveland had no idea I was coming. Turns out, I paid the store in Columbus for the honor of someone ruining my ring. It lost nearly half a mm in depth and thickness. The store in Cleveland did the best they could. They would have had to order shanks and tried to color match the rose gold but it could have ended worse than before. Turns out the Columbus store didn't even resize it correctly and left it a quarter of a size too big. So unless you want your jewelry ruined, take it anywhere else. We were going to purchase an engagement ring from this company, but I'll take my business to alibaba before here. The store manager did refund my 125 resizing fee, or the fee I paid them to take gold out of my ring and leave me with something I couldn't wear. He told me it was weird that it ended up thinner than before because "taking a ring in shouldnt do that". My ring was 2.5mm wide and 1.9mm depth before the Cleveland. Actually fixed it. My question is this: where is the material they took out of my ring and why was I not compensated for that when they trashed my ring? My ring will never be the same. Go anywhere else.
