I had my first reading with Brenda on 6/7/24 and I was blown away. Brenda is warm and her laugh is contagious and I immediately felt comfortable and safe which allowed me to be open spiritually. I found out about Mystic Nirvana from an Uptown business and I was thrilled that there was a shop like this so close to home. I visited the shop the very next day and I was eager to explore and learn more about the services that the shop offers. Upon entering the store, I noticed two female associates and one customer. The associates did not look at me, welcome me or ask me if I needed assistance. I walked around for 5 minutes and was still not acknowledged by them. They continued to work on their inventory, talked with each other and offered to move a display for the other customer. As I was leaving, I heard one associate speak in a low voice a statement along the lines of "thanks for coming." I was very disappointed.
