My husband wanted to buy me a new wedding ring for our 40th wedding anniversary. This was the last store that we visited before making a decision to buy. My husband and I should've saved our time and started at this store! Our experience with Nick/Aimee couldn't be better! I picked my diamond and it was made way before the projected completion date. I'm thrilled with my ring. This was the perfect gift to mark a milestone in our marriage! I would definitely recommend Diamonds Direct ! They will treat you right! Rhonda J.

I can't scream loud enough how much we love Zach Young at Diamonds Direct Columbus! He helped us design the most gorgeous custom Verragio engagement ring. I've dreamed of owning a Verragio since I was 16 and Zach helped me choose features that made my ring unique, timeless, and beyond what I ever dreamed of. Not only did Zach make my dreams come true while keeping us in budget, he made the process fun and educational. I can't thank you enough Zach for an experience my fiancé and I will never forget and will always cherish! We have been back several times since and I can tell you Zach continues to be the best resource for all of our jewelry needs. Ecstatic to have a genuinely helpful, trustworthy, and reliable jeweler to shop with.

What a tremendous experience! From going together to look at rings, to the ordering, to the final product, Diamonds Direct was definitely the place to go! Nick was amazing! He was a huge help throughout the entire experience and was courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I seriously am recommending Diamonds Direct and Nick to anyone who will listen. He was truly involved in the entire experience helping navigate through everything and showing interest in what we wanted and what we were looking for. He communicated with quick responses to my emails and kept me in the loop along the way with everything. When the ring was ready and I was getting ready to go pick it up, I asked if I just come in or if he wanted to know when I was coming in and he said to let him know bc he wanted to see my reaction to the ring. That was amazing to know even once he had the sale buttoned up and complete, he still showed care and interest in everything. I cant recommend Nick enough if you stop in to Diamonds Direct!

I recently bought a ring from Ellen at Diamonds Direct on Polaris, and I would like to share a little bit about the experience my fiancé and I had to help the next person who wants to buy a wedding ring but may not know where to start. Don't worry. I got you. My Fiancé and I went into this process with very little knowledge about engagements rings. Because of this we were nervous going into it because I did not want to deal with pushy salespeople or deal with upselling. Good news, at Diamonds Direct this could not be farther from the truth. Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. The first time my Fiancé and I went into the store it was, low key, overwhelming. We did our research online, but there are levels to this. :-) We sat down, drank a glass of wine, and started talking with Ellen. Right out of the gate this experience felt very VIP'ish'. Strong start, right? Ellen was patient, answered every question that we had (and we had a lot). We got the feeling very quickly that this process is going to be very different than we anticipated, in a good way. Once she finished explaining the process and identified what we wanted, we started looking at the rings. Ellen asked thoughtful questions and showed us specific things that we would ask for, AND things that she thought we would like. If I were reading this, I would be concerned if this is the moment where she starts bringing out more expensive rings and try to upsell us. Not the case. This is the part where we learned more about various type of rings and manufacturers, and the purpose behind why different rings are made the way they are. This is perfect because we want to know that we are making a smart decision and the right one. She is good at reading people. There were plenty of times where I wanted to speak with my fiancé, and she would immediately ask us if we wanted to chat alone for a moment to talk through our choices. At one point I asked her to "get out of my head". :-) In the end, it took 2 different visits and a lot of soul searching to make our final decision about which ring to go with. We went into this knowing very little about wedding rings. We walked out with the most amazing ring, and the confidence that there is no other ring in the world that we want, no other place to buy it, and no other person we would want to guide us through the process. Ellen you are amazing, and we appreciate you!

    My gold/name necklace

Outstanding service and great prices! Recently too my necklace to get fixed and replace two diamonds. At Kay's Jewelry they wanted to charge me over $200 (without the diamonds). The repairs came out to me under $150 and did an amazing job. My necklace looks brand new. When buying diamonds or "bling bling", highly recommend this establishment. They have a huge inventory and name brands. The best part is that you don't need to but a separate insurance. Wish I had known this before making my purchase. In any event, before you decide to buy strongly recommend you visit them and compare. I'm sure that you will be delighted.

FANTASTIC! Quick (less than 24 hours) and flawless resizing! Shortly after getting engaged, I realized that my ring was a slightly too big. I went into diamonds direct and they were able to look up our information really quickly and help me find a more comfortable size. I was able to get my ring back within 24 hours! A lot of my friends who are not diamond direct customers told me that they had to wait upwards of 2 weeks to get their rings back! Thanks to their sales associate Dave, I now have the perfect size ring and know a little bit about the process.

I absolutely love Diamonds Direct, they have the best selection, best staff, and the best prices. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so. We worked mostly with Heidi for everything but everyone we have come in contact with has been amazing. Since my engagement ring was purchased we have been in many times to purchase more and figure out the best sizing for my bands. And every time I am always blown away by the service. We needed all of bands sized 4 days before my wedding and they said it would be done in less than 24 hours. If that wasn't enough they also gave me a travel bag for my rings! Amazing. My rings are beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I receive so many compliments, thanks Diamonds Direct!

We bought my engagement rings and wedding rings from diamonds direct! I love my verragio engagement ring and they helped us find the perfect fit for a wedding ring and a great match for my fiancé's wedding ring. I highly recommend diamonds direct, great customer service!!! Wait for the 20% discount weekend to buy. Karl: (our barrage rep) better be at Tequila cowboy tonight

Yelp told me that the Columbus Axe Throwing place, where the event was being held, was next to The Continent. What is The Continent you ask? Well it's an appropriately named apartment complex, or quite possibly a small village, the size of a medium continent. We drove around this multi-neon-colored buildings for a solid 38 minutes looking for this place. Weaving around multiple (multiple!) nightclubs, the french quarter (WTAF), and what appeared to be an abandoned theater ... I was determined to browse overpriced homemade soaps, tiny pop tart pins, sarcastic baby onesies and handmade cards. DETERMINED. Yelp failed to mention that the only way to find this place was to drive through a tunnel into the depths of The Continent where you quite possibly only have a 97% chance of returning alive. But alas we found it ...and the postcard sized sign on the door. Once inside we wandered around looking for the craft fair, passing abandoned furniture, squeezing between the nets behind the batting cages, carefully passing under falling ceiling tiles until we finally reached the Craftin Outlaws sign. It was practically glowing, we made it ! It was all worth it! Spoiler Alert: Nope. There were literally 6 tiny booths of crafts. There were no other customers. Likely because no one else was willing to risk their lives or spend 45 minutes in pursuit of crafts of the outlaw variety. I browsed the crafts for 90 seconds. I haven't been this disappointed since the 2016 World Series and the 2016 election, in that order. Everything about this event was wrong with the exception of the blue slushy I got in the way out the door. Although I'm still drinking it and wouldn't be surprised if the lid fell off, spilling electric blue sludge all over my lap. The LITERAL (blue) cherry on top of the worst 46 minutes of my life.

It wasn't so crowded that you got lost or forgot where you saw something you liked. Nice variety of items were for sale. Items included recycled/upcycled glass goods, recycled/upcycled hair clips, bead/metal/leather jewelry, clothing (cowls, t-shirts, scarfs), drawings/prints, soaps/lotions and animal/hero masks. Afterwards, Craftin' Outlaws sent out a survey via Twitter to get feedback and follow-up on the event.

If you're looking for a place where you can literally walk in hungry and leave planning your next…read morevisit before you hit the parking lot -- that's East Market. This place is a food lover's playground. The vibe is energetic but relaxed, with a collection of food booths serving everything from comfort eats to globally inspired dishes. It's the kind of spot where everyone in your group can order from a different vendor and still sit together -- which I love. First up for me was Saba's, and wow... I ordered the Mediterranean brisket cigars. These were smoked brisket, shredded super fine and infused with BBQ and Tennessee whiskey, wrapped in a wonton wrapper, then deep fried to crispy perfection. They were served with a cilantro cream dipping sauce that took them over the top. The outside had that perfect crunch, and the inside was smoky, savory, and just a little sweet from the whiskey infusion. Absolutely incredible. One of those bites where you pause and go, "Okay... this is special." Then I headed over to Buck City Sammies and ordered the Bodega sandwich -- and let me tell you, this sandwich does not play around. Wagyu beef grilled and shredded, layered with aged sharp cheddar and American cheese, topped with garlic confit sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onions on a baguette. The beef was rich and flavorful, the cheese melt was on point, and that garlic confit sauce tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was balanced, hearty, and ridiculously delicious. East Market isn't just a place to eat -- it's a place to explore. Multiple booths, huge flavors, and something new to try every time. If you're in Columbus and love great food, this is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back for round two.

Even though I grabbed my actual meal next door at Local Cantina Trolley Barn, I still walked through to get the vibe, take in the energy, and check out who's serving what. Vendors you'll spot inside: * Creole 2 Geaux -- Cajun/Creole comfort dishes * Just Chicken -- crispy chicken sandwiches & tenders * Koso -- ramen, noodles, and rice bowls * The Pitt BBQ -- smoked meats and sides * Hisham's Bakery -- Middle Eastern pastries * Reverie -- cocktails & spirits * The Plant Gays, Poke Bowl, and dessert spots like The Cheesecake Girl (Perfect for groups that can't agree on anything.) Good-to-know for first-timers: * There's no single line -- each vendor has its own counter. * You'll order your food, grab your tray, and then find a seat anywhere in the building. * The bar inside stays active, especially evenings and weekends. * On busy nights, seats turn over fast but not instantly -- be ready to do a little "table scouting." * The building itself is renovated with a historic trolley barn feel -- lots of natural light and exposed brick. * Great place to bring out-of-towners: you can sample multiple Columbus spots without driving all over the city. Even without eating inside this time, it reminded me why East Market works: It solves the "What are we eating?" standoff better than almost anywhere else in the city. Save this if you want a go-to Columbus spot with options, drinks, and an easy setup for groups. Question for the community: What vendor are you loyal to in here? I'll try them on my next actual eating visit.
