I had explained many times that I did not want this. He was petty and mean. I referred to the pendant as diamonds. When o said that if we changed the length, I wanted it to work so that the diamond part would fall in the center. He said they were not "diamonds". Fine but I was trying to let him know what I wanted. Waste of effort, money and hugely disappointing. I had hoped that I could wear the necklace at slightly different lengths with the 1 3/4 inch adjustment section I paid to add. Sad disappointment. I wished you had mentioned you were not confident in my repair. I would not have left it I spent hundreds on silver chain plus labor. The complaint was primarily for poor labor that did not match request. Petty words and bad service just made the exchange stressful.
