The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.

Their prices are better than any store within 50 miles! They carry goat tender & excel & swetlix which is what we use & most places have one of these items so we were going to multiple stores. The ladies inside are so wonderful & know when I come I'm usually on an ER run or I send someone with a list & they always make sure we get what we need. Warehouse staff turns over some BUT we always know they will figure it out & load us & are friendly.

Took in a gear box to get an estimate on a repair. Dropped item off at the Chehalis location and…read morehad to call the store multiple times to try and get information on what it would take to fix the part. First info I could get was that they were over $400 into a repair that I did NOT authorize. Was shocked to say the least! I only wanted a quote! It had only had two broken bearings and some bad seals. I could buy a new gear box twice for that! Again, never asked them to fix it, only what it might cost to fix it. I let the asst. mngr. know that I never authorized them to make repairs and that that was an unreasonable price considering I could buy a new one twice for that. Finally spoke to a manager who basically told me this was the price (they had discounted from 95$ an hour in labor to $80 but still, the price was going to be over $400 of unauthorized work!!!) and either I could pay it or they would scrap my gear box. What the? Who does that? They never quoted me a price! And now they are going to keep my gear box! Pretty sure that is stealing! Going to pursue this further. Not cool Washington Tractor. You won't see any of my business from here on out.

Today I went in there, chatting it up with Samantha (who was absolutely amazing btw) she showed us where their vegetables were & talked to us about our ducks. Went to pay & told them I'm using my dads credit card, they asked me for his social which I don't know off the top of my head and have never had to use it before. I told them I'd give him a call. Shannon started freaking out saying I was trying to steal (I was only buying dog food for my dads dogs) I told her I wasn't trying to steal dog food. Ended up paying is cash because Shannon was telling me I was lying and I was never allowed back. This was so weird and something I have never encounter before. We've bought all our feed from them and even livestock but we will never be back. Shannon was the worst type of human I have ever seen and she came at me and made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason. Just trying to buy dog food lol. The only reason they got two stars is because of Samantha. She really deserved all 5 but Shannon was so horrible to us that was ruined. I can't believe I was put in such an uncomfortable position trying to buys DOG FOOD. thank you to Samantha for trying to calm the situation you were so wonderful to us and I pray for you having to work with people so negative.

While trying to fix my tractor they repeatedly had numerous excuses of parts not arriving on time etc. They broke parts on my tractor in the process of repairing my tractor. I can go on and on. Went to pick up my tractor the battery was dead. Got home the right front tire was flat (wonder how that happened) and my tranny grinds very badly when shifting gear (still not fixed and dam sure I am not taking back to RMT ever again. Bottom line, if you do not want to be ripped off, receive bad customer service and have your equipment repaired correctly DO NOT TAKE IT TO RMT EQUIPMENT. Buy your equipment from Washington Tractor or Brimm.

This year, we finally found Bennie's! She allowed us to make custom pre-orders in January when she was still selecting flowers. She showed us her Proven Winners catalog and had great suggestions for what would grow well together. Today we picked up our baskets and they look fabulous. I can't wait to see what they look like in August! The only disappointment was that with 11 hanging baskets in the Suburban, I only had room to take home 1 more plant. So back to Bennie's we'll go to bring home some beautiful geraniums, lavender, clematis, roses, or dozens of other annuals and perennials. Everything looked extremely healthy and vigorous. Customers are spoiled for choice, and prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth the 3 hour round trip!

Then 2 years went by and we wanted more flowering cherry trees and for some reason we bought them elsewhere. Out of the 4 we bought elsewhere only 1 survived. We recently bought 3 more from Bennie's. Plus their flower selection is pretty phenomenal. And the gals there know what they're doing.
