This company is a rip off and doesn't know how to conduct business. I had originally had a quote…read morefor one price done by a member of their staff. When I was ready to have the work done less than 30 days later, they told me that the employee who gave us that quote was no longer with the company. They had somebody else come out to look at it and decided they wanted to charge me an additional 1000 dollars over the original quote. Stay far away. They are very shady and do not honor their prices. I even had text messages from the employee they claim was let go, that were shown to their owner with the original quoted price and they still would not honor what they had said originally.

No response, no update, no explanation -- just silence. All I needed was a firm start date or the honesty to say he couldn't take on the job. Mike is a nice guy and I would still use him if the communication was more professional. Instead, we're now left scrambling to find another contractor. All in all a very disappointing experience.
