Unfortunately, I do not have photos of the flowers, since I was really grieving and cannot share how they looked. However, we requested certain colors and types of flowers and were all really pleased with everything! They accommodated our every request and even people who attended mentioned how beautiful the flowers were. They did not look like a typical memorial arrangement, and that's what we wanted. One note is that they fold the rose petals down on such a lovely way that makes roses look soooo beautiful. I hope this business succeed! They're fantastic!

It wouldn't be an issue if their ever changing rules were posted. Or had this man just told me they were no longer dog friendly professionally instead of making a scene in front of event colleagues. My sales person has his dog there every day. And had his dog there when I was told dogs were not allowed. A few weeks later I had a $5,000 order for holiday greens and called my sales person to place the order and was told I was banned from entering the building and I needed to grovel to be able to shop there because of this exchange. ...screw you!!! I encourage anyone who shops there to go to ld trading in Northbrook. They are much nicer and don't harass people when they come in. Red Kennicott should be ashamed of how his people behave there.. The kicker: there is no doorman at this building. -- Day 1: I'm really disappointed by the way customers are treated here. It feels like because they do a lot of large-event business in the neighborhood (weddings, etc.), individual customers don't matter as much. Our delivery issue was caused on the store's end, yet instead of helping resolve it professionally, we were chastised and told, "YOU should have called sooner when we couldn't deliver" just as we were being called to say that delivery didn't happen AFTER their business closed. That response was dumb and incredibly off-putting. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish. I won't be returning.

The grand total came to $111.11, which included a $18.95 local delivery fee and $11.17 in taxes, but did not initially reflect the 10% ($9.00) discount, which I had. It is common that the 10% discount code does not apply during website checkout. Because I was unable to apply the 10% discount code during the online checkout, they agreed to issue a $9.00 credit to my credit card instead. Based on my prior reviews, this is a recurring issue I have run into several times before. On the positive side, the flowers were beautiful. I will continue to buy from here as long as at least a 10% discount is available.

I had been wanting to try this business for quite some time and finally had the perfect reason when my neighbor celebrated her 50th birthday. I immediately turned to Fleurish for a custom bouquet arrangement. The online ordering process was smooth and easy to navigate. However, I would have appreciated more customization options during checkout. It would be nice to have the ability to make specific requests, such as preferred colors or particular flowers, when placing an order online. The post-purchase process was a bit confusing. Although I received an email confirming my order, the status still showed "pending fulfillment." Concerned that there might be an issue, I called shortly after the store opened on the day of pickup. The representative explained that orders are not updated or marked as fulfilled until the pickup date. It would be helpful if that information were included in the confirmation email to avoid confusion. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was the only customer at the counter. The representative retrieved my arrangement and added a bow, but she was unable to locate my custom-written note. While she searched around the counter area, she assisted two other customers before returning to my order. After waiting several minutes, I eventually gave up on the note and simply requested a blank card. Despite those minor issues, the floral arrangement itself was beautiful and well received. I also learned that the shop can be rented for private parties and events, and they host a monthly activity that costs around $90, which sounds like a fun and unique experience for flower lovers. Overall, Fleurish offers gorgeous floral designs and a welcoming local business experience. With a few improvements to communication and order customization, the customer experience would be even better.
