We scheduled service on our house for carpet stretching as we had significant rolls in our carpet in nearly every room. The day of service came and Jared reached out to confirm he was en route to our home. He showed up on time, and was nothing short of professional. He inspected every room in the house requiring his services. Jared took the time to answer the necessary questions and concerns I had regarding previous work being done in these exact same rooms by a company that has since gone out of business. He assured me that he would personally stand behind his work, which left me feeling assured in my decision to hire them for this task. The work was done efficiently, but carpet stretching is a bit of a pain in the rear so it took some time to complete. The amount of time spent on the job was appropriate and not anything I was concerned with whatsoever. Once complete, Jared walked me around room to room, to ensure everything was addressed, the bill contained no surprises and was in line with what I thought it should cost. Now I'll be restarting the contractor search, a week behind schedule. Stunned at how unprofessional and how much inconvenience they can put on a customer and do nothing at all.

We…read morepurchased a new build and had many people tell us an independent inspection wasn't needed because it's a new home with a warranty but let me tell you that Kevin found a number of issues with the home, anywhere from major issues like no insulation in the attic and standing water in our crawl space to other minor issues. He sent his report same day for me to forward to the builder and even followed up with us to ensure everything got taken care of by them. He also came back out a few weeks later to do another inspection and ensure everything was taken care of properly which wasn't included in our initial inspection but he did it anyway. I fully recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is worth every penny (which was more reasonable than others) and saved us a ton of money by finding these major issues up front. He has gone out of his way for our family and we cannot thank him enough.
