Russ, the owner sought me out. I don't usually respond to solicitors, but he was friendly,…read more personable and talked energetically ...it caught my attention. The first time they came, I was so impressed watching the guys work together efficiently to maximize time, but the quality of work they provided did not suffer. They talked with me about what I wanted and verified that it meet my expectations. They even did a few things I didn't ask for... they saw and did ..... just to be kind. No charge for the extra. This last visit was also exceptional. I actually forgot they were coming so I wasn't home when they arrived. They called, and I'd left my phone on a table outside. Then they worried and called Russ. They looked through windows just in case something was wrong. Russ, you've hired wisely, and those employees of yours deserve recognition. Russ called me later to verify that I was OK. Who does that anymore. Plus, when I call...I get to talk to a real person. Technically, in my book, we are friends. Windoes "R" Russ "ARE" the best!!!! Thank you so much.

When he came out, his estimate included gutter screens to keep the leaves and debris from her 60+ year old trees from clogging them up. His estimate was very competitive and when it came time to install them, his crew was prompt and completed the install...including making sure the debris in her old gutters didn't go everywhere on her deck. My moms words sum up the quality job Idaho Custom Rain Gutters provided on her 70+ year old house..."The gutters look great. Almost makes the house look brand new".

BEWARE: DO NOT USE THEM: I WAS RIPPED OFF Scott Tomlinson,…read morethe owner of Idaho Custom Rain Gutters, owes me $600.00 for a botched gutter installation on my home. Because the installer Tomlinson sent to my home was too lazy to use a ladder, he hung over the roof line with a cordless drill and screwed in the gutter hangers bolts in the wrong places, missing the rafters. An ugly job that depreciated the value of my home. Tomlinson approved the damage check to me but it was never mailed or dropped off. I have written proof that they promised to pay me. I spoke with Robert who was supposed to get me the check. He said he would contact Scott even though he no longer works there. Scott never called me and his office employee, Rochelle, won't return my phone calls. I will have to sue him and his company in small claims court. Apparently, Tomlinson has a fake business address of 1855 E Lanark St., Suite 100, Meridian, ID 83642. That's what appears in a Google search. I went there to get my check a couple of weeks ago and was told by the current business that Idaho Custom Rain Gutters hasn't been there in six months. I was told that Tomlinson paid them to use the Meridian address for mailing purposes but is running the business out of his home in Nampa.

I contacted Blue Bird Home Services shortly before Christmas, was contacted and scheduled the next…read moreday by Ryan. We scheduled service on our house for carpet stretching as we had significant rolls in our carpet in nearly every room. The day of service came and Jared reached out to confirm he was en route to our home. He showed up on time, and was nothing short of professional. He inspected every room in the house requiring his services. Jared took the time to answer the necessary questions and concerns I had regarding previous work being done in these exact same rooms by a company that has since gone out of business. He assured me that he would personally stand behind his work, which left me feeling assured in my decision to hire them for this task. The work was done efficiently, but carpet stretching is a bit of a pain in the rear so it took some time to complete. The amount of time spent on the job was appropriate and not anything I was concerned with whatsoever. Once complete, Jared walked me around room to room, to ensure everything was addressed, the bill contained no surprises and was in line with what I thought it should cost. Overall I highly recommend Blue Bird Home Services for any and all of your house needs. I understand they do a lot more than just carpet stretching. Should any other issues arise, I will not hesitate to reach out to them again to have them come out and work on or at my home. Thanks Jared!
