I contacted Blue Bird Home Services shortly before Christmas, was contacted and scheduled the next day by Ryan. We scheduled service on our house for carpet stretching as we had significant rolls in our carpet in nearly every room.
The day of service came and Jared reached out to confirm he was en route to our home. He showed up on time, and was nothing short of professional. He inspected every room in the house requiring his services. Jared took the time to answer the necessary questions and concerns I had regarding previous work being done in these exact same rooms by a company that has since gone out of business. He assured me that he would personally stand behind his work, which left me feeling assured in my decision to hire them for this task.
The work was done efficiently, but carpet stretching is a bit of a pain in the rear so it took some time to complete. The amount of time spent on the job was appropriate and not anything I was concerned with whatsoever. Once complete, Jared walked me around room to room, to ensure everything was addressed, the bill contained no surprises and was in line with what I thought it should cost.
Overall I highly recommend Blue Bird Home Services for any and all of your house needs. I understand they do a lot more than just carpet stretching. Should any other issues arise, I will not hesitate to reach out to them again to have them come out and work on or at my home.
