They are not decent enough to admit their bad job and mistakes, and are not manful enough to take a bad review as they deleted one I left on their facebook page as well as blocking me from any future comments. And it looks like majority of all the 'great recommendations' left on their sites were simply written by their friends, that implies as well to all the 'likes' they recieved in a couple of days after deleting my comment. 1) I had arranged for rep from the company to look at a possible damp issue in the house. He did…read morenot show up at the time and day as had been arranged. I called him and he claimed he had tried to call me to say he was. I told him that when booking the time, I had told the person making the appointment I could only make it for that hour and not earlier nor later. In any case, I checked my phone but found no one had tried to call me that day. 2) Anyway, the rep arranged to come another day the following week. Just to be sure he would come this time, on that morning, I called the company to confirm he would be coming. I was told he was off sick that day. I asked why someone from the company did not inform me. If I had not called them, I would have waited again to no avail. I was told he would be back in two days time when he'd returned back to work 3) Two days later, the rep did called me but he said he could not fix a date yet to see me . He said he would have to contact his secretary and that he'd call me back in a hour's time later in the morning. I did not get a call back from him . 4) A few days later, I called the company to asked what has happened as I was waiting for a call to arrange for the rep to come. Someone did call me later to arrange a new date for the rep to come. 5) On that new date. I called the office again but this time, I was informed it was not the date in the diary but it was another day. I mentioned that I was really disappointed as I had made so many attempts to see the rep to no avail. They indicated to me if I didn't like it, they could just cancelled the appointment date in their diary as if threatening if I did not like it, I could just go away. I thought it was not a good attitude to deal with customers. Begrudgingly, I agreed to see them the following day 6) After thinking over during the night, the following morning, I called the company office to ask them to cancel the appointment visit from their rep as I thought the way they treated me was very poor . I also did not intend to spend thousands of pounds doing business with a company which had not shown themselves to me to be very reliable from my experience. 7) However, I had a call in the afternoon from the rep to say he was outside my house. I told him that I have called his office in the morning to cancel the meeting. He started shouting at me on the phone and said "You're p*ssing me off" or something to that extend. I had thought that was not at all professional. If there is a "Zero Stars" or even Negative "Four Stars" rating for my experience with this company, I would put that. Needless to say, I would never want to use the service of this company.

They were extremely helpful from start to finish. At one point just before the claim was accepted, the insurers decided to go down the 'cash settlement road', which pretty much meant that they were washing their hands off me, which I was not going to stand for. Richard at Property Repair contacted the Loss Adjuster to explain my plight and shortly afterwards rang me to say all would proceed as planned. His Tradesmen all arrived in company liveried vans and wore company uniforms, they were polite and not once did I hear profanity from any of the builders, even if I did use some myself. Having worked with Sculleries I cannot for one second believe that the negative review posted is about the same company! We have had projects at other properties completed at a far higher price than we paid Sculleries and to a level of work not even close to the quality. So to say that their price is competitive is understatement. If you are looking for top quality, high end work I cannot reccommend Sculleries enough. Threatening and Intimidatory Tactics…read more The sales agent and surveyor were repeatedly told about the height of the top shelf above the hanging rail and they got it wrong when fitting the wardrobes. The threatening and totally unprofessional emails I received from this company when refusing to pay in full for a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is next level idiotic. Obviously designed to intimidate me into accepting their incredibly poor customer service. They sent fitters out to change the height of the hanging rail, leaving behind a series of holes and saw marks in the uprights. The shelves are unequal in size and unevenly spaced, they have caused cracks in the plaster and marks all over the paintwork. The units are not sealed and have pencil marks all over. The exterior is plagued by marks that look like an overspill from using glue. At every turn they have stated they will pursue me via legal process. I have paid the bill in full minus 10% but now they want to pursue for another £1600 to pay for the mess they created in the first place. DO NOT use this company.

Hello I recently had…read moremy 2 bedrooms and kitchen fully fitted by DM Design. Myself and Willie Duncan went through everything from wood colours, fittings to finally the layout. The job itself only took 5 days to complete. The craftsmanship was of the highest order and everything they did was so precise. I was around on a daily basis when the job was being done and from the joiners to plumbers to electrician they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They kept me up to date on there preceding's and were comfortable on voicing there opinions on how they think certain parts would look better, which was excellent.
