Threatening and Intimidatory Tactics The sales agent and surveyor were repeatedly told about the height of the top shelf above the hanging rail and they got it wrong when fitting the wardrobes. The threatening and totally unprofessional emails I received from this company when refusing to pay in full for a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is next level idiotic. Obviously designed to intimidate me into accepting their incredibly poor customer service. They sent fitters out to change the height of the hanging rail, leaving behind a series of holes and saw marks in the uprights. The shelves are unequal in size and unevenly spaced, they have caused cracks in the plaster and marks all over the paintwork. The units are not sealed and have pencil marks all over. The exterior is plagued by marks that look like an overspill from using glue. At every turn they have stated they will pursue me via legal process. I have paid the bill in full minus 10% but now they want to pursue for another £1600 to pay for the mess they created in the first place. DO NOT use this company. read more

Hello I recently had my 2 bedrooms and kitchen fully fitted by DM Design. Myself and Willie Duncan went through everything from wood colours, fittings to finally the layout. The job itself only took 5 days to complete. The craftsmanship was of the highest order and everything they did was so precise. I was around on a daily basis when the job was being done and from the joiners to plumbers to electrician they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They kept me up to date on there preceding's and were comfortable on voicing there opinions on how they think certain parts would look better, which was excellent. I couldnt have asked for a better service to be honest. My new kicthen is beautiful, well fitted and the guys who fitted were polite and always cleaned up after themselves.
