I've been to this studio twice, once in 2017 & once in 2018. It's in a strange location so if you're new it might seem difficult to find from the street. There is a small cafe on the first floor, if you walk around the building towards the right, you'll see the sign & entrance on your left. Go up the stairs. You leave your shoes on that second floor but the studio is on the 3rd.
This is a very large studio that can accommodate up to 100 students. There is a large community area with couches and such in the lobby. They sell or rent items such as: towels, mats, water, retail clothing, etc.
There are separate changing rooms for men & women however the shower stalls are outside of this area so bring what you need to be able to shower in one location and dress in the other. They provide hair dryers, plastic bags for wet clothing, etc.
If you want a lock for you locker, they just need something like an ID to hold as collateral for the usage.
They only offer the 90 minute Bikram Yoga unfortunately. The heating system in the room is adequate and the instructors do occasionally open the doors to ventilate.
The students here are friendly. You can see that most of them have been practicing for awhile but there are new students too, it's a good mix. The only thing I didn't like about the room is the columns in the middle and the dreary curtains. I think it would be nice to have natural light coming in.
I heard this studio was recently purchased by new owners, I met both of them and they were very sweet & welcoming. I plan to return! read more
