I've been going to this yogo studio for over a month now. I usually attend their lunch time session which is an hour in duration. The studio is conveniently located near the QVB and I find the environment serene and not overly crowded--no appendages or bums in my face! Rebecca is the sole instructor and is clear and calm when instructing. If planning to go several times a month, I recommend purchasing the 10 pass book as it ends up being $15/class. She also has some free relaxation/breathing classes in the later afternoon that I have yet to try, but plan to! :) read more
