The small studio space in Crows Nest means numbers are restricted for classes, but this is by no means a bad thing. The instructor, Linda, is bursting with energy and enthusiasm and, with only 6-8 people per session, she is able to dole out encouragement and advice to each every one individually.
The group sessions of 6-8 people just require you to bring a mat, but there are also equipment classes available for a maximum of four people. The night I went along it was just me, a mother and a daughter and two friends. This made for a really warm and encouraging atmosphere. I also remained miraculously serene given the trials my body was being put through with the help of the chill-out music in the background.
Although my body is shouting no, my head is crying out to go again. Best to buy your classes in blocks of 10 ($380) or 20 ($700) for better rates. read more
