Again, the reviews say this is a good place for eBikes and it seemed like they have a lot of them, but if you're looking for something mid-range for an 8-14-year-old (something better than Walmart), I would recommend someplace else. The guy working said he needed 45 more minutes because he needed 30 minutes to eat his lunch because he said he needed to take care of himself, and then he would need 15 minutes to put the tire on. Long story short, we left and got a text about an hour later and it turns out the only thing they did was fix the flat. Customer service was non existent and there was zero transparency about the turn around time. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

My bike seat was old and he had a woman seat as well in the van. After I rode the bike up and down the street, he made some small adjustments in the height to make sure I would be the most comfortable. I appreciate not having to throw the bike in the car to take it to a shop and pick it up. He did it all curbside in his van--2 bikes in 2 hours!
