I drove over an hour from Waverly to visit Appleton Harley-Davidson, and unfortunately, it was a…read moredisappointing experience. One of the main reasons people visit different dealerships is to collect their local dealership shirts, but this store had very minimal inventory -- almost nothing to choose from. When I asked an employee if that was really all the selection they had, she had to go check, which tells me they weren't even aware of how little was available. That lack of awareness, combined with the poor selection, made the trip feel like a waste. I was greeted when I walked in, but overall the service was not great. For a Harley-Davidson dealership, I expected more. This is the first Harley store I've ever left disappointed.
