You don't even have to peddle if you don't want to with throttle assist. Get as much or as little exercise as you want. They give you a sturdy lock to use for the week as well as a battery charger. It fully charges in about 4 hours and range was never an issue for me. I think all the bikes have a basket too. So much fun! Treat yo self!!
