We were sent to this location by the Medical Supply part of Raleigh Orthopedic .ROC dI'd not have a basic supply to accompany their hinged knee Brace. One would think that if ROC was putting knee braces on people they would have all the equipment necessary but NO! Hinged Knee Brace at ROC ? $100 Hinged Knee Brace at Raleigh Medical Supply in Blue Ridge road ? $69 ROC is charging 50% more than this store . PLUS ROC does not carry "Stockinette" ( a thin sleeve of material one places between the leg and brace because the braces's seams are rough and bothersome ). We ended up buying two braces from ROC because the first brace was too tight ( No returns allowed ). Staff member Edward at the Blue Ridge road location of Raleigh Medical Supply was very pleasant and helpful .He also chose to not say anything against ROC after he heard our story which I thought was very polite .

I had to request to speak with the manager on the phone, after an in-person purchase on a Friday, and she would not get on the phone but did give her input and I could hear her response. I went back there on Monday to resolve my issue and had to speak with the manager in person. That didn't start out well because she tried to deny what you said on Friday. I had to pose my issue to her 2-3 different ways and then she came up with a solution. The exact solution I'd requested in the beginning. It was very frustrating dealing with her. Again, not sure if it was intentional or if there was sort of comprehension deficiency. At any rate, I would never buy another thing from this place. I just hope my refund comes without any issues or additional phone calls.
