I was early to the appt and waited 30 minutes for her and was told or she only pops in now and then....it gets worse. The LA office called and I asked them to send us a written report on what the problems was and if we owed money we are both very deaf and cannot understand the foreign accents that answer the phone. Instead they sent an 800 bill. When I called and asked if that made the machine ours or a rental they would not answer unless they spoke to my husband who is deaf and cannot hear them....round and round. Finally took the darn thing back, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have lots of patience.
