I was not asked what tank size when I called for pricing and scheduling and did not know that there was more than one price dependant on anything. It would be better service if they would quote pricing for the different tank sizes so the customer can know price will vary depending on size rather than just quote a price then charge something completely different. Also, cement cover was not placed on level. Otherwise, service was great. The guys were very nice and polite and seemed to be very thorough. As far as I can tell they did a good job!

Dennis called us with an updated eta, he arrived a little ahead of schedule. He checked out our rv and explained the plan. He carefully loaded our truck then connected our rv to a special adapter. He was thorough in making sure everything was connected properly. We enjoyed the ride to the Ford dealer, he made sure both our rv and truck were offload safely. We live 20 miles away. We are AAA members (which paid off yesterday). I called AAA and they sent Zac's Towing and Recovery. He was so nice! He looked at the battery and it was corroded to the point the car had to be towed to Ford Service. We just had our car serviced in another State two months ago! Lesson learned: periodically check the condition of the battery! Zac was very helpful and professional. He helped to calm a very stressful situation! They weren't going to charge me, but I insisted that they collect an hour @ shop rate. The folks at Finishing Touch are honest, hard-working, pleasant guys. I wish they were located where I live.
