With a day planned in Yellowstone this was not going to be a good thing and I was worried that we would lose the day and a lot of money on a new tire. How wrong I was, Rimrock were open from 7am and were able to take a look at the tire straight away. They put the tire through a series of tests and could not find a leak, so they put some more air in and refitted it in less than 15 minutes. The most amazing thing was they would not accept payment for the work they had put in! Genuinely decent people at a great local business. Really made our day, thank you Rimrock!

I u tubed it with in minutes I had a very knowledgeable guy explain exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I also got my tires rotated while I was there. I personally tightened the lug nuts the last time I went on a road trip. Lug nuts were in perfect shape NO rounded edges. Now all my lug nuts are ruined and rounded off not only did I get charged up the butt for absolutely NOTHING I have to replace all lug nuts because their mechanic was too lazy to properly place the socket squarely on the lug nut. Do yourself a favor and never go to this repair shop!!!!!!! Amy
