We got up early one morning to go ride through Yellowstone but my bike wouldn't start! It would crank but not start. I called Cody Custom Cycle and told them the story. They said bring it in and they would look at it! I didn't have a way to get it there so they loaned me a trailer! I got it down there around 11 am and we took the truck and drove the bear tooth highway. They called me around 3 to let me know what was wrong and they had it fix! I was very surprised and happy to hear. They really had me by the short hairs! I was expecting at least $500 bill! But they only charged me $130! I'm still riding the same bike and loving it! Ron must be the fastest walker and speediest driver if he thought we could have gotten it to him any sooner. With a day planned in Yellowstone this was not going to be a good thing and I was worried that we would lose the day and a lot of money on a new tire. How wrong I was, Rimrock were open from 7am and were able to take a look at the tire straight away. They put the tire through a series of tests and could not find a leak, so they put some more air in and refitted it in less than 15 minutes. The most amazing thing was they would not accept payment for the work they had put in! Genuinely decent people at a great local business. Really made our day, thank you Rimrock!

As I approached the store a woman of the night approached me and began harassing me to allow her to perform services upon me. As a man of God who is faithful to his three wives, I refused. I made Todd from Autozone aware of this and he promptly stepped outside, paid the lady to go away and even walked her around the back of the building to show her where to take her services. I am very happy with this customer service and will return soon.
