I walked in and got quoted for an oil change for a specific oil. I pull the car to the door and get told they're actually out of said oil but have a heavier alternative which should be doable for a brief trip. During the oil change, another person tells me my car was drained of oil and they can't do that oil either. We're about to take this up with the manager when the man walks off. Eventually, yet another person comes by with the keys, and I can't inspect anything. I pay to get my keys back. The dipstick shows the oil was overfilled, and sticker shows the original oil I asked for, which is impossible. I call corporate to let them know my car has overfilled mystery oil in the engine, and the paperwork is shady. Later, I get a personal call from one of the employees who mismanaged my oil change asking how to fix it. At this point, I am hundreds of miles away and not going to trust them with my car again. No refund was offered. I will avoid Walmart like the plague now. read more
