Don't know how this Company can have any good reviews. I for one am so sorry I purchased a vehicle from them and gave them my hard earned money after learning how awful they treat their employees. Their commercials try to sell that they're all about Wyoming and the community, but they never reward their employees, ride them hard and constantly criticize them. They figure any employee is replaceable and they'll just get someone else. There's no recognition for hard work or a job well done. Rather than praising their hard work, they say they should be doing more. Instead of giving bonuses, they punish employees when they don't meet their ridiculous, unreasonably high goals they expect them to meet that are unattainable and then punish them by deducting from their paychecks. Employees live under constant pressure and high demands. New employess are lowballed and often decline an offer because of bait and switch tactics. If you value how your fellow Wyomingites are treated and care about not supporting Companies that treat their employees badly, DONT reward this greedy, self-serving automotive group by purchasing from them. I understand the original owner cared about his employees, but now that the daughter, Arin Emmert, is running things, she doesn't care about employees, only the money and runs it out of greed with no compassion for those who work for her. read more

So the whole new car market has gone crazy... Originally we were looking for a heavy duty/super duty pick up to tow our fifth wheel. We soon learned that there was a chip shortage (due to politics, as well as improper speculation of the new car market?) shortage of these chips has caused a slow down and even stop in the production of new vehicles so the price of vehicles has increased like 30%. Long story short, we decided to buy a smaller vehicle for my wife and wait on the big truck. She specifically wanted a Dodge Caravan which unfortunately they stopped making in 2020. After searching the car markets we found some in Arizona and one in Cody, WY. Reached out to the three companies and started the negotiation process. At Fremont motor, I dealt with Candi. She was extremely helpful in trying to get as much of a discount as possible. She worked with me on all aspects of the deal. The only issue was shipping. They could not use a shipping company, Fremont Moto required personal delivery which meant that we had to pay mileage both to and from Cody Wyoming. That came to about $2400 for delivery. Unfortunately this, compared to Arizona's delivery fee of $800 put them out of the race. But this had nothing to do with Candi and the amount of work she went through to help me with the caravan. She was professional, courteous, friendly and genuine. All the traits you would like when trying to purchase a new vehicle. One thing I can also add is this dealership is not jumping on the bandwagon and adding 10% to the MSRP because of the shortage like many of the other companies I called. While driving a rental RV, we had a problem while trying to check the oil level as suggested by the RV rental company. The problem was that we could not locate either the dipstick tube OR the dipstick itself. We pulled into Fremont Ford in Cody, Wyoming and went directly to the service department. After being told that no technicians were available to help us with our problem, a service advisor (I did not get his name, but he is balding and about 40-50 years old) came out to help us. We were THRILLED with this kind man's efforts: he almost had to climb into the engine department before discovering that the oil dipstick tube and dipstick were missing and had broken off on the side of the motor itself. He made several trips back and forth into the building to retrieve a flashlight and a variety of different replacement oil dipsticks. While he struggled, trying again and again, he was unable to measure the oil because something, perhaps a screw, was jammed into the opening. He suggested that we call the RV rental company and let them make the decision as to what we should do. We are grateful to this remarkably kind man who gave us almost an hour of his time and did not ask us to pay for his help. Driving into Yellowstone National Park, we noticed a yellow tire pressure sensor light on one of the tires. My husband was able to put air in the tire but because of the size of the park, we decided to leave the park and drive into Cody, the nearest town. We were fortunate to find a Ford, Lincoln dealership and that's where we met Jason, the service manager. Jason explained that he would check out the tire and he also would give the car a once over since we were traveling cross country, however, it would take time because the shop was extremely busy. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain out, Jason drove us to a restaurant so we could have lunch. About 2 hours later, he called to tell us that the tire had a nail in it but it couldn't be repaired, it had to be replaced. Unfortunately he didn't have one in stock, he would have to order it but wouldn't have it until the next day. He picked us up at the restaurant and told us that he managed to secure a loaner for us so we can get back to our lodge. He also told us that he checked out the car and everything checked out. Jason was professional , knowledgeable, courteous and at the same time understanding of our situation. Thank you! read more
