Their commercials try to sell that they're all about Wyoming and the community, but they never reward their employees, ride them hard and constantly criticize them. They figure any employee is replaceable and they'll just get someone else. There's no recognition for hard work or a job well done. Rather than praising their hard work, they say they should be doing more. Instead of giving bonuses, they punish employees when they don't meet their ridiculous, unreasonably high goals they expect them to meet that are unattainable and then punish them by deducting from their paychecks. Employees live under constant pressure and high demands. New employess are lowballed and often decline an offer because of bait and switch tactics. If you value how your fellow Wyomingites are treated and care about not supporting Companies that treat their employees badly, DONT reward this greedy, self-serving automotive group by purchasing from them. I understand the original owner cared about his employees, but now that the daughter, Arin Emmert, is running things, she doesn't care about employees, only the money and runs it out of greed with no compassion for those who work for her.

We did not have that much time. We ultimately decided to upgrade our car and ditch it in Cody. This was 1 of 2 dealerships we could get a car in Cody. When we arrived at this dealership our sales representative was somewhat cordial. He was not too outgoing or friendly. He did what he had to do to make a sale, as for us, we had no option but to buy a car and GTFO this state! Despite this dealerships effort to approve our car finances, their execution of the sale was effing terrible. They decided to send our title to Sacramento, CA. I understand since they do not live in this sunny state they would not have a clue that there is a DMV 5 minutes away from where I live. When I called the dealership to express my frustration about driving 2 hours to get the damn title, the receptionist on the phone said she did her research and that was the closest DMV she could find close to my city Mill Valley. Please do it yourself and google Mill Valley CA, it is nowhere fvcking near Sacramento. Our sales rep, who we did not care to remember his name as he was horrible in customer service did not bother to ask us where the title should be sent, which could have avoided this. Again he was off and uninterested in us as customers even though we were looking to finance a 20K car. Since we are now over 1k miles away, there is nothing more we could do but leave a shitty review on the business.

I'm certain that there were steamers, scrubbers, and all kinds of crevice tools used on my vehicle. My 11 year old minivan looks brand new on the inside, except even more lustrous than it rolled off the factory line. There's no embedded grime in the vinyl trim or leather seats. Paige also picked up and dropped off my car since I'm the only driver in the house right now. In my opinion every used car dealer should utilize this business to really up their sales game. I got this detail because I'm putting the vehicle up for sale, and now I'm jealous that someone is getting to drive this pristine car. My new-to-me 10yo truck was also sent out for a detail by the lot I bought it from. It's pretty good, but not nearly to the level of the detail my van got from Sleek and Shine. To me the price was extremely fair for the quality of the work.
