Zach was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, you could just tell by even a short interaction that he cares about his clients, and cares about doing a great job. His rates were more than reasonable, and he had my truck done within an hour and a half after me dropping it off for my scheduled appointment. I've had my truck fixed for less than 24 hours, but I've already been recommending him to family and friends!

I couldn't believe how I was being treated..I was so frustrated I left and once home did further inspection of of new window and the work because of the crap I dealt with the inside being scratched up ..and well yup they scratched the shit out my paint around wipers blades..they obviously didn't know what they were doing or how to remove them properly...so yeah her I sit writing this review with a scratched up classic... really wishing I had gone else were! Went in to Econo Glass last week to get some glass cut for a table I had. The size was 46" by 22"…read morepicked it up brought it home and it didn't fit. Went back with the glass and table yesterday to get a new piece. I was told that with glass you need to cut it about an 1/8 or an inch shorter so my measurements weren't wrong.... the guy said that he would have to cut a new piece since the couldn't trim off the 1/8 of an inch and he would take the old one saying he'd give me $20 credit towards it. I went in and paid for the new piece and I noticed the price was just about the same. Even with the discount. It apparently way a 25% discount not $20 off I guess I won't take someone's word again. I paid $41.20 for the new piece when I paid $45 for the original... I guess it's safe to say I'm never coming back.. If you look at the picture attached you can see how the owner responds to my Facebook review. What person would be little customers that way??

We thene went in to Kia to get our reimbursement of insurance, gap, service insurance and two or three other prepaid items, for the sold vehicle. We have now been waiting FIVE months for the reimbursements, in the five months they have ignored my phone calls, They have changed the contact person and did not notify me. I call one or two times a day, but they do not seem to care, They are absolutely ridiculous, I am now forced to go to the State Department monitoring Auto dealerships to get support. It has been a lot of work and stress to just receive a reimbursement, due back to me by law! They certainly had no problem charging me will over $6000.00 good morning for these items during the purchase.
