We called AAA and they began the process of locating a service. My husband received a call from the wrecker driver. My husband then explained the situation. He wanted to be towed into Cody and him and the truck to be dropped at the auto part store so he could obtain parts as soon as they opened and he could repair his truck. He was scheduled to report to work at 6am so timing was crucial. The wrecker driver informed him that auto parts didn't open til 8am and my husband should wait til morning. Mind you, he was in the middle of no where in 20 temperatures and it was snowing. My husband explained he didn't want to wait til morning because he needed to get things done and report to work and he preferred being at the parts store when they opened. The driver then got an attitude and informed him that he had a family and my husband said he understood that as he also has a family. The driver then said fine I'll come and get you but I don't want to hear any bull$h!t about the time it takes me to get to you. My husband then asked him to lose his attitude and thats when the driver exclaimed Fu€k you have someone else come get you and hung up. This is the absolute definition of completely unprofessional and condescending. Everyone has a job to do. You're on call to help people in some of their most desperate times. Compassion, respect and professionalism was definitely lacking.

We live 20 miles away. We are AAA members (which paid off yesterday). I called AAA and they sent Zac's Towing and Recovery. He was so nice! He looked at the battery and it was corroded to the point the car had to be towed to Ford Service. We just had our car serviced in another State two months ago! Lesson learned: periodically check the condition of the battery! Zac was very helpful and professional. He helped to calm a very stressful situation! Rob fixed our car fast even though he had plenty of other work to do and he did it beautifully and he is dead honest . Very knowledgeable, explains what he is doing. His charge for what was a major fix to a front-wheel drive car was very reasonable(way less than a dealer would charge) . This guy really knows his stuff! . We were also stranded with no way to get a room reservation in a town that was close to being booked up. His wife, Peggy, helped us out a lot. They both are great.

I personally tightened the lug nuts the last time I went on a road trip. Lug nuts were in perfect shape NO rounded edges. Now all my lug nuts are ruined and rounded off not only did I get charged up the butt for absolutely NOTHING I have to replace all lug nuts because their mechanic was too lazy to properly place the socket squarely on the lug nut. I called Bob and he said for me to get it towed over and he'd take care of it. 2 hours after I got it over there, he called me and his dad picked up my wife and I in town and brought us back to his shop.
