I had no prior experience with Pav's Creamery before walking up to the window of the self contained ice cream factory on wheels and was greeted by the two friendly members of the team, they were very outgoing and ready to build anything I want that was available. Their ice cream is so delicious, creamy and smooth the perfect texture and refreshing on a warm summer day - hopefully this wonderful first experience won't be the last time I'm able to enjoy this wonder treat - I'm looking forward to visiting their fixed location during my next trip through the area...

I love that there was edible cookie dough (probably the item that made this a costly little treat) and bits of cheesecake, brownie, and cake pieces available. I also love how common popping boba is at froyo places. I would like to see mochi pieces and lychee as options as well.
