Terrible. Longest wait ever, forgot half my order in a drive thru. I want my tip back. Thankfully coffee okay. Everyone inside seemed frantic, and unhappy probably because they kept misplacing other people's orders by giving them to other people or just forgetting that they existed at all. I usually don't go to this one because the line is excessively long on the drive-thru but today it happened to be short and I said Why not? Never again. Been to many across the state of Michigan. Excellent Biggby location! Very convenient location, just off the highway. There are tables inside and it is is attractively decorated. A nice place to sit down with friends for a coffee break. I usually order a Bragel with egg and cheddar, or the vegan sausage Bragel. But today I tried egg bites for the first time and they were hot, fluffy, and delicious. Service was excellent! Ever since I had my first Spicy Cinnamon Tea Latte I crave them frequently. These things are packed with soooo much more flavor than the standard chai latte. If you don't care for cinnamon stay far away because even the aroma is so strong you can taste it! Love this drink. As far as the service goes, they could pick up the pace a little. The drive thru at this location isn't very nicely situated so it can be a bit tough to navigate during busy times. read more

This is a great Biggby location! The staff is very friendly and it's a cozy comfy atmosphere. It's pretty steady traffic all the times I have been here, but there's never been a wait. I could do without the music, it's a bit loud and distracting. Biggby overall is for more "fun" coffee drink lovers, with all the flavors and sweet drinks galore! Wouldn't say it's for the "coffee connoisseur" but for those who like more sweet drinks and a fun, friendly atmosphere! read more

I ordered three sandwiches and every single one was wrong. Upon calling I sat in hold while nothing got figured out. I was then told to waste more of my time and email the manger. I just hope at this point I hear back and get a resolution but my expectations are low. read more

I LOVE BIGGBY!!! Why you ask? Only because they have the best 'TEDDY BEAR' drink!! Seriously, after college, I thought I was going to be super devastated when I thought that I wasn't going to be close to another Biggby again. After patience, this location opened up and it was a sign...a sign that we were meant to be. This location is CLEAN, COURTEOUS (with great staff), and AFFORABLE. This location is wonderful. It is right off of m6 and has a drive thru. It can get busy and crowded. They have a sign out with their weekly deals. The staff is kind and the drinks are delightful. My go to right now is their golden honey oatmilk latte. It is a great addition to their menu. They have good seating, a community board, and you can even buy greeting cards. Be prepared to wait at busy times. read more

I've been a fan of Biggby from way back when it was still called Beaners. The day I discovered the Caramel Apple Cider drink with a cinnamon stick (!!!!!) inside was the day they earned my patronage for life. (Or at least until the stop serving the CAC) This location is conveniently located (right by M6) and they have a decent amount of space for those who want to sit and talk/do homework/etc. The drive-thru window is clutch! Employees have always been helpful and friendly, too. read more

I don't get this place - it feels like a kid's playland, not a coffee shop. Also, when I visited they were out of soymilk, which greatly limited my drink choices. They were friendly, and the coffee was ok, I'm just not digging it. read more

This particular Biggby does not partipate with most of the coupons and promotions that stores do. I have brought in coupons e mailed to me FROM BIGGBY and have been told they are not accepted. I understand they are franchises, and owners can participate or not - but come on?!?! The place is always understaffed, understandably the staff that is there is always overworked, however that is not the fault of the customer and they are always cranky, dismissive or both. No matter what time I go in. This biggby is closest to my job, however I would rather pick up want I want from the one close to my home and re heat or refrigerate it. read more

The drive thru isn't big enough for our ambulance to fit through so my partner tried walking through, while wearing a mask, and the business refused to serve them because they weren't in a vehicle. read more

This is my absolute favorite and go to place for coffee. BIGGBY has an awesome and welcoming environment along with amazing baristas. I highly recommended there Carmel Marvel w/ extra Carmel and there vanilla cinnamon honey latte. read more

Coffee is good, but the baristas are snobbish and a bit rude (not to mention lazy). I noticed two employees literally sitting on their butts and watching customers come out of the washroom looking for paper towels. I only come here because the coffee is decent and the atmosphere is relaxing. If I wanted to sip coffee and feel like I was at a club, I'd head over to Starbucks where the music is 2x louder. read more

If your purpose is to drive customers away with your load music, you have accomplished your goal. To stop in and read a few pages or check emails is impossible, and the music is loud in every location I have been in from Grand Rapids to Holland to Muskegon. Sorry won't go back anymore. read more

I am a HUGE Bigby fan. I stop and get coffee 1-2 times a week...sometimes more. This Byron Center Bigby I am very unsatisfied and disappointed. My coffee always tastes so burnt and bitter that I just throw it away!! It has not been one or two times, it has been every time I get coffee from this location. I am very very sad to say I will no longer be wasting my time or money here. Last time I'll waste my money here. read more

I went there today and it was disgusting. We wanted to sit in the chairs by the fireplace, the seats were filled with crumbs. The carpet was stained and filthy. The carpet throughout also had lots of large food crumbs and pieces of paper, napkins and straw wrappers. The sides of the vinyl chairs had coffee splatters all over. When I received my coffee, I asked for napkins when I informed the staff that the napkin holder was empty. In spite of no customers often times throughout the morning, nothing was cleaned nor was the napkin holder filled in the 1 1/2 hours that we were there. If my friend had not asked to meet there, I would have left because it was so disgusting. I had to ask the staff to clear the garbage off the table where we wanted to sit to visit. Ten minutes with a soapy cloth and a vacuum would have helped a great deal. Between customers the three staff members hung out behind the counter having a laugh fest but not keeping the place clean. On other visits, I have asked the staff to turn down the music because we had to shout to hear each other. I will not be back to this location. read more
