I totally understand that things get busy sometimes, especially when there's a large event happening in town! However, phrasing and delivery are EVERYTHING in the food/drink/hospitality industry. The same barista also acted annoyed when my friend asked for additional flavoring in her caramel macchiato. This was definitely a little off-putting.
