I came to try their strawberry shortcake ice drink. It tastes like cotton candy. It contains lemonade and real strawberry pieces. No cake crumbs and very light tastes of cream. Nice but not what i expected. BTW , I asked them when they expect to reopen for the dine in, they said not until September. read more

I love Biggbys, but this one on Stadium Drive needs some help. First of all, the cashier was not friendly at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there and that we were a bother. Secondly, they had no napkins out for the public, like normal. And thirdly, we ordered a French Onion Turkey Cheese Ciabatta sandwich and the picture showed several slices of turkey and cheese with a delicious sauce overflowing from the sandwich. What we got was one small slice of turkey and a half a slice of cheese. And, the sauce was hardly there. It was really a disappointment. I'm leaving this review so it could possibly help the owner or manager know some things that might help their business. read more

Biggby is always my first choice over Starbucks. WE LOVE THE EGG AND CHEESE BAGELS. However this Biggby closest to our home is almost never able to make egg and cheese bagels because, either they are out of supplies or their microwave is broken. Seems like a small issue, but it's like once out of every three times we go that we might be able to get what we would like to order. this has been the case for over the last year at this location and it's been super frustrating. Seems like an easy fix from management...? Getting near the point of not coming to this location anymore which means switching to Starbucks to hit a location that's convenient. read more

I've been coming here quite a bit recently despite frequent mess ups. But the greedflation has gotten out of control. I've been paying $3-something for a large plain coffee with oatmilk in it. Just a year or two ago it was $2.11. Been coming here cuz it was slightly cheaper than Starbucks down the road. Walked in today and a single large cup of coffee came to $5.08. Then they hand you that tip prompt. Uh, pay your workers better. You can do it. Definitely won't be back now. Just down the road at Starbucks a large coffee with oat milk is $1.55 less now. read more

I am a coffee addict. I drink it when I get out of the shower. I drink it when I shut off my lava lamp. I even drink it when I check under my bathroom rug for lost goodies. Even if I am at a yoga conference or baby shower, there is a cup of coffee in my tiny hands. When I first came to this Biggby and looked at the menu, I was blown away. The blue colors on the menu just gave me a happy feel. The color made me want to become the first female President. Anyways, the whip cream was quite delicious. It is the type of whip cream that makes you want to soak out a towel. As the water drips from the towel, I realize I need paper towel. Without paper towel, I would not be able to compare the taste of the whip cream to the wet towel. read more

This is an ok place to hangout or grab a bite to eat. They have updated sections of the building but other parts you can tell are run down. The nice thing is it is always well staffed. There are a few options for food--a subway, general store with a grill and salad bar, and a place with gryos and burgers (but it that area has turned over a few times in the last few years, we will see if it lasts.) There is also a coffee place, a computer lab for students and tons of different places to sit and relax. read more

Typical Biggby Coffee which is good in my opinion. I gave this location five stars because the staff is very good. Friendly and professional. They are really great about accommodating my service dogs and not just because they are required to do so, they are animal lover. This location is one of the more comfortable locations too. Hire more employees. I shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes in your drive through. Maybe if you payed them enough to want to stay you wouldn't have to close your lobby and run 20 minute drive through times. I visited this store on 4/30/21. A person claiming to be the store manager started to ring my order, but turned to make bagels while I was giving my order. As a result, she didn't hear me and got my order wrong. When I asked that she pay attention since we are also dealing with masks, glass shields and the noise of coffee making, she went off on me. She threw my change at me, yelled F*CK YOU in my face and put her middle finger as close to my face as she could get! The rest of the team just stood there, not doing anything to remove this person who had lost control of her behavior from the situation. I got my money back and left! In a strange flex of privilege, a higher up at the store said this isn't how she usually behaves AND I have people dictating to me what I can and can't post about the situation!!! I will never visit this store again after being yelled at, cursed at, LIED TO and flipped off by a person who clearly needs to develop her customer service skills. One person really can ruin it for the whole group! I would have given O STARS on this experience if YELP would let me!!! read more

My mother bought a gift card from this location for Christmas for me. Someone had returned the card with packaging from another card that made it look like there was nothing taken off the gift card. The employee didn't catch it and set it back on the shelf for sale again. I take the card to the Biggby near me and nothing is on it! My mother took all receipts in to remedy the problem and they won't give her another gift card but offers her 6 complimentary free coffees, only redeemable at this location! I refuse to step foot in this location due to the way they handled the situation. I will,however, frequent my preferred location, on East Michigan! I am a frequent flyer of Biggby. I go for the very friendly staff and consistent drinks. I was extremely disappointed this morning when I encountered a rude young female at the register. She didn't say hello, good morning or crack any smile what so ever. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. With Starbucks just down the road, I won't be returning to this particular Biggby. I am so thankful most every other Biggby have friendly, courteous staff. The expansion is done, this place is huge now! Which means it is easier to find a seat with an outlet. The coffee here is decently good but it can become an expensive habit. Definitely better than Starbucks though. The baristas are friendly. read more

I'm torn, Biggby started as local coffee from Michigan (started in Lansing in 1995) Now they are a franchise with over 100 locations around the country. I am a fan of independent coffee joints, and even better if they roast their coffee on site. Support local coffee, and go to Water Street, Strutt, or Fourth Coast. If you need a quick espresso, or coffee and would like space to study, work, or meet then Biggby is a good second choice. read more

I have only done the drive thru at this place, on the way to work, but I wanted to leave a note because the woman who staffs the drive-thru in the morning (I believe her name is Shari) is awesome. She is super friendly and she always makes me smile in the morning. It is sometimes a little backed up, but all in all a great place to stop on your way to work! Oh, how I miss Kalamazoo's Biggby! I survived long nights of grad school in the midst of winter thanks to their great coffee. Also, best hot chocolate in town in my opinion! Friendly customer service and great rewards/coupons. Really appreciated their drive-thru option although it was almost always busy with customers.
