Compared to other big "chain" coffee shops, Scooters has a similarly sized menu, which different options for everybody. I tried a S'mores Cream Cold Brew and although it was a touch too sweet, it was such a treat! Next time I'l ask for less syrup. I also tried their Maple Waffle sandwich with sausage, and now I have to get it every time I stop there. I'ts. So. Good! It makes me feel like I'm a getting a grown up McDonalds breakfast sandwich, but in the very best way.

Since July, I have frequented it and have found polite, kind baristas so I have bought gift cards for my family so they would try Scooters too. It is a quick drive through and well worth the stop!

The next day, though, I was told by a different employee that the military discount only applies if you're actually in uniform. Obviously, I'm not going to be walking around in uniform just to get coffee. My disappointment really isn't about feeling entitled to a discount. I completely understand that businesses can set whatever discount policy they want. What bothered me was being told two completely different things on two different days. When the drinks are already fairly expensive, finding out that the discount I was given and told about the day before suddenly didn't apply definitely changed how often I planned on coming back. The coffee itself was great, and the employees were friendly. I just wish the military discount policy was consistent and clearly communicated so customers aren't told one thing one day and something completely different the next.
