When I cut into the egg unfortunately it was a little overcooked so the yolk wasn't as runny as I would have liked. The dish overall was pretty bland and packed some flavor. Even with the chipotle cream which I was excited about the flavor just wasn't there. It tasted a little more like sour cream than chipotle to me. I did add some salt and Pepper to the dish which helped a bit. We ordered some of there homemade salsas hoping it would help but those too tasted very bland and packed any salt or seasonings. Maybe I was just hoping for some food with flavor but that's not their style of cooking? I did order their cafe Miel latte which was very delicious. I very much enjoyed sitting in the cute little cafe and drinking my coffee.
